This was our second time visiting and it's safe to say that there are consistent opportunities in the service department. Prior to arrival, we were unable to join the waitlist because there was "no wait" however upon approaching the host desk we were placed on the waitlist and given the expectation of 10-20min to be seated. After 15min we were taken to an almost empty section and sat. Our waiter was friendly enough however we saw him once after receiving food which was not consistent with the food we ordered. My son asked for a simple waffle and received one covered in whip cream and chocolate chips which he does not enjoy. My coffee came and was never refilled, having only seen our server once none of these issues could be addressed and we ultimately paid our hefty tab and left without any desire to return.

Always a great place to come for brunch on the weekends. It’s always busy and your party must all be present to be sat. We normally sit at the bar. The specialty coffees are so good! I always get the lavender honey latte and it is just the perfect amount of flavor. The menu is vast so it can be challenging to pick. This time we got the hash brown bowl and the breakfast tacos. We get something different each time we go and it’s always good. The bathrooms are clean and well stocked. There is plenty of street parking surrounding the restaurant. There are steps to get up to the door with hand rails. All in all we have been here many times and will continue to return.

I don’t plan to return food was okay but service was as if she didn’t care at all or lost. Ordered a BLT sandwich and it was dry so I asked for mayo and waited forever so I asked another waitress to get the mayo but then Anna Came out w it. She wasn’t rude she was simply not present. Ordered pancake and we had to wait longer than normal for syrup. Also she offered No refills on water or Tea.i understate Hunter is Mgr of this lewisville location. Please train your staff to be alert and attentive to each guess so guess don’t walk away wondering why did I choose this Resturant when there’s so many to choose from.

Yah...this just wasn't it for me. I read the reviews so thought I would try. I sat at the bar and after 3 servers walked by and didn't ask if I wanted anything I had to ask someone to help me. Ordered a latte and later ordered vegan pancakes. Lavender latte was delish. And the vegan pancakes were good as well. Got my check, signed and left not realizing she never gave me my card back after driving for about 10 minutes I had to turn back around. The whole process was just a mess to be honest. Can't said I'd be back.

Being a Saturday there was a wait.There was also a wait once we sat at the table. It took over 10 mins for the server to come to the table. Our food took 25 mins. I ordered hash browns crispy and they were burnt and the rest of the food was cold. The server didn't check on us during the wait for the food, and showed up to figure out there was a problem. When I mentioned that the hashbrowns were burnt, they gave me a 10% discount instead of credit for the hashbrowns. This was disappointing considering the cost of the meal. This location is not worth the trip.
