The lady who served us didn't really seem like she cared about us or anything else just another day for her. Pretty sure she was a supervisor but whatever it's probably why she's got no employees working for her. Regardless the kitchen did a phenomenal job food came out looking like a movie. I even got my mom to do a cheese pull for the picture here. I do love this restaurant it's truly a shame that it's not getting the love it deserves. It will be a sad day when Lewisville loses another good restaurant that it so desperately needs. All in all I'd highly recommend any pizza on their menu. The great balls of fire. Any salad. Sadly the lasagna is really small for the price but if they could give you more pasta I could completely see the price being justified. I'm pretty sure it's a from scratch kitchen BUT I don't work there I have no clue. If you made it this far stop wasting time and go get a slice! You won't be disappointed. ??

Really disappointed because we went on a Saturday night and there was only 1 server. Totally understand this happens sometimes where people call off but the person left had no clue how to deal with life. She took our drink order and although we were ready to order everything she told us no that she was only taking drink orders. Cool, taking the order for everything at once would've saved her time but sure. We watched her turn people away from the door and decided we would pay for our drinks and leave. When my friend got up to ask her if we could just pay out and leave she said I'm not doing that right now. Wonderful, totally get you're busy but acting like an a****** when we're being chill and compliant with you is a joke. We left and ate elsewhere. I bet this place is good but tonight was a dumpster fire and completely laughable.

Some food of the food was amazing, some was not great. Low rating for bad service and lasagna.

Pizza is synonymous with pepperoni right? Call ahead because they run out. Also meatballs not made right . Does not stay a ball, wrong ingredients. Crust looks a lot better than it tastes. Sorry but they don't have it.

We decided to try Sfereco after receiving multiple advertisements in the mail the last several months. We went on a Saturday night around 7:00 pm, and it was not busy at all which had us hesitant. Our waitress, Tiffany, was upbeat, professional and recommended a few items. The food was terrific in flavor and we didn’t notice a long wait time before being served. I had a house salad and the sausage and pepper calzone (big enough to split). My husband also had a house salad and the lasagna. As I said, I flavor was terrific — the seasoning, fresh vegetables and not too saucy. While my meal was temperature hot, my husband’s was more room temp but from our view we observed what appeared to be only one cook, so we think maybe he didn’t time the completion of our meals, leaving my husbands plate out while mine finished cooking. Nonetheless, even my husband said his plate flavoring was absolutely great, he just didn’t care for the room temp lasagna. When Tiffany took our drink orders in the beginning we opted for waters (now) then beers out with our meal but the beers never made it out. They did have live music, which created a nice atmosphere! 50/50 on whether or not we’d return.

Really great food and drinks, but they might be suffering from being short staffed because service is slow. I've been four times, each time had a new issue (ants in a drink, hair on a plate, frozen drink machine broken, food that comes out slow). Each time, the restaurant "makes it right" by comping food and/ or drinks in question, which is why I still give them four stars. I'm still waiting to have a dining experience with them that goes as expected from start to finish.

It’s no wonder ever restaurant that has replaced this building since trying to bring Downtown Lville back has failed! Terrible customer service! Couldn’t even tell if the place was open even after walking through the front door. GM sat 10 ft from the door, scrolling through her phone & acted like when she decided to greet us that we were putting her out. There were 2 tables other than ours at 6P…that should have been our first clue! Overpriced food! No flavor! The server was TERRIBLE!

We loved the food at this restaurant. We ordered breadsticks, meatballs, salads, and spaghetti and meatballs. We got there with a reservation and waited a bit for the lone server who was bartending, hosting , serving, and doing clean up. Way too much for one server. They did have two cooks. We were seated and we got our drink order in. She had a table of maybe 14 with split checks going on. And another table behind us and three came and sat at the bar luckily after the large group left. Had to ask for our bread order and she got it. Again she was doing too much. Food was great and she did get water to my husband and I just shared his while I watched her go through a bunch of tickets. Then she got my tea refill. I asked if short handed and she said this is the way it is. People do apply though. But they needed someone to host , fill glasses and buss tables. We only came with a gift card . We will try the Riverwalk location to see what service is like there. If you overload your severs, it can’t be a happy place for them.

The food at this restaurant is great! No concerns at all. We ordered meatballs, salads, bread sticks, and spaghetti and meatballs. Our concern was watching one waitress who had to host, bartend, serve and clean the tables. She was doing the work for several folks. We asked her if they were short handed, and she said this is the way it is. She said people apply to work here. We had to wait a bit till she finished up behind the bar to seat us. She had a huge table of 14 or so with multiple checks, in between serving us and another table. Then a group of 3 hits the bar , but luckily as they big table leaves. She did refill my husband's water which we shared, and I just waited till she was not knee deep in tickets. This is not good for servers and their stress level. We left her a good tip for her efforts.

Everything was tasteless including the salad the dressing was really bland oddly enough. We had chicken Parm sandwich and the breading was burned and the chicken was super dry. The marinara sauce just was not appealing. We also had the pork meatballs and it was dry and not good. It was our first time at this establishment and it will be our last time. I really wanted to like it because it was someplace new that we had not tried before...... it has been a very very long time since we've come across a restaurant that had nothing that was redeemable. Well They did have some really decent live music the evening we were there. So that is a plus. The staff was nice.

I absolutely love the cauliflower pizza crust with the garlic, spinach, and artichoke!! My husband always gets the calzone. We like the atmosphere.

Not a fan. I ordered the salmon with artichokes and a side of spaghetti noodles. Another diner did the same and our meals looked completely different. The artichokes on my plate were cold. My friend barely had any artichokes at all. Other diners had lasagne, which was acceptable; minestrone soup, which was clearly not homemade; and spaghetti with meatballs, which were ok but not special. We had to ask for additional salt and pepper and Parmesan cheese. Neither showed up at our table until we were nearly done. Finally, I pre-ordered a carry out meal. We weren't billed for it and left without getting it. I drove through Popeyes on the way home to make up for this. Glad I came-- there are many better options.

My sandwich was burnt and the chips tasted burnt too. The soup was good but tasted just like Campbell creamy tomato soup. Unfortunately, I don’t recommend this place and won’t be going back.

Flavors are nice, crust was just okay. Toppings are fresh but for me the main thing that makes pizza sing is the crust. This was ok. Thin, but chewy.I'll be back to try some other items.
