Poor customer service. Management doesn’t handle valid customer complaints properly or professionally

The ladies who helped me were welcoming and particularly patient as they waited on me to decide on my order. The establishment is also quite clean.
However the atmosphere is dead...
Give these wonderful women some music to enjoy while they make you money. What is it going to hurt?

Stop by smoothie king in Lewisville after the gym hopefully to get a large smoothie. The girl mopping the floor asked if i was paying card or cash. Then said their system is down so they cant make me a smoothie. Its 730 pm I guess they close when they want. Bad customer service. Don't recommend.

I wasn't able to pick up my order in time. I called the restaurant to inform them.The staff admitted they trashed my order a few minutes before my arrival. Refused to remake it even though it had already been paid for and acknowledged it wasnt picked up and was thrown away. Do they remake the order? No!! Said if I wanted it I needed to pay again. How does that make sense?

A woman came out and accused me of stealing after I paid and ate my snack while I was waiting for my drink to be made. After the clerk told her I paid, no apology or comment, she just walked away

I tried to give this place a chance. But I got one today & it was once again flavorless & watered down. I’m not going to keep paying $16 for a tasteless smoothie. To add insult to injury they charge $7.99 for a small bag of peanut butter 🥨. I go to the one in Frisco & it is far superior, the smoothies are always delicious & they don’t charge an arm & a leg for 🥨”s.
I highly DO NOT recommend!
