I love THIS location! I see the same sweet lady every time I’m in the store! She NEVER forgets or omits my enhancers and extras! She always puts my smoothie in the freezer when I’m running late or forget to schedule it! LolThank you!!!?

The lady at this location is very rude during the order pickup despite showing the order in the phone. The PB swizzle ordered was bitter and the fruits were not fresh. I will not recommend this place at all.

6/23Did not have a good experience at this location.1) Was told I could upsize to 32 oz for FREE through app or by providing my #.Even though I had only wanted the 20 oz I was convinced it could be done by my # look up.Get to check out only to find out it can’t be done by my # and now having to pay the difference.Also didn’t like I couldn’t make certain subs for ingredients in my drink when other locations have allowed this.Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.
I had an awesome experience. Customer service was incredible and the new acai bowls is the best one in the DFW area!

I'm not sure if ownership has changed here recently or what. I used to visit a lot haven't been there in a little while went in today and found the service is gone way down. Had a difficult time understanding the young lady. Had a very heavy accent. Okay no problem. But then my drink it wasn't made as I had ordered it. Pointed that out they agreed to make it again great no problem. But again the second time it wasn't done correctly. It's just not what I ordered. At that point one of the workers copped a little attitude and explained they had already done it twice they wouldn't do it again. I threw it in the trash and left. I don't plan to go back... and don't get it twisted I'm not very particular or picky. It's just what they were making was not what I ordered. Almost like if you ordered chocolate ice cream and they kept giving you strawberry. Oh well...
