I’m a frequent Sonic customer. I always pay extra $ for extra chili on my tots. This Sonic did not even put the normal amount of chili, much less extra even. Staff had attitude and did not correct it. Avoid this Sonic, you do not get what you pay for here.

The sonic app has not been functioning well this last week. It will let you choose what you want but will not let you pay to finalize your order. Most locations understand and will still give you 1/2 price drinks if you ask. My husband and I went this morning and when we explained what was happening and asked for them to still honor the half price, the lady said no, that the app works, and then took off her headset and walked away. She sent out a car hop a few minutes later to tell us the same thing. We showed him, he acknowledged that the app has been having trouble, and told us that this manager is not going to give us half price because that’s just how she is. VERY disappointed in the service here, especially since all other Sonics we’ve been to this past week have been the complete opposite experience.

Stephen is amazing. He is flying around inside, taking orders courteously. He is making drinks, packing orders. He is running outside with a smile delivering food to the customers. Hats off as well to the one man kitchen crew so that Stephen can run around like crazy. They both need raises. The food was perfect. Check # 552, stall # 8.

no ice cream at sonic at 10? wow this sonic sucks also took 30 minutes to bring out ketchup.
I waited on drive through and someone was inside and didn't acknowledge and after 10 minutes waiting I had to leave.
