I'm vegetarian, I get food here for people I work with so I can't review the food but I will say I love the staff. They are so friendly. I have good conversations with all of them. The place is clean.

Adequate barbecue restaurant, for the prices you would expect superior food.I come here a couple times a month. I recommend the sausage or chicken. Potato salad is good. Fried cabbage is good but it could be a tad less spicy. DO NOT BUY THE RIBS! I have given them three different chances and they are dry and hard. I end up throwing them away because the majority of it has the texture of jerky.

While trying to pay for my food a female comes up behind me . I could feel her so close and in my space I looked over my shoulder. She committed " I am not being Rude " yes you are entering my space and stopping me from finishing my transaction.the young lady behind the counter stops my transaction and looks at the female behind me and asked her if she is picking up a order , while I am still trying to finish my transaction. She stepped up and said she was picking up a order and again says I am not being rude . Clearly she knew she was being rude . When was able to finish my purchase I said to her and her manager that was standing around behind the counter that I was displeased with the service and explained that they need to wait on the customer standing in front of them and finish one transaction at a time when again from behind me. That same voice I wasn't being rude . I did not acknowledge her and continued to focus on the manager. Letting him know it was unexceptable. He just stood making excuses. I will not go back . You have lost a customer.

This place used to be acceptable, but lacked A lot to be desired in the service department. It's been A long while since I've eaten here. The food has always been great, but the staff was not good in the communication area. You can sense A whole new attitude. They removed the trash cans and they actually remove your trash themselves. On top of that, they clean the table as well.I don't remember seeing them wash tables before. The staff now are very attentive, asking you if they can help with any questions, the old staff barely spoke. In addition the night manager checked on each table to see if the customer needed anything. MUCH IMPROVED! I know it's basically fast food BBQ, but they take good care of their customers. Happy, I went back and will continue too.

Used to go to the one off I-20 when I was over the road and it’s nice to see it hasn’t changed a bit since. Still the best BBQ I’ve had hands down.Parking: It’s a parking lot like anywhere else surrounding a stand alone building for crying out loudKid-friendliness: They have a kids menu that includes BBQ and of course banana pudding and ice cream!!Wheelchair accessibility: It’s very open and spacious

I had been wanting to try this place for a while and it was great. Brisket was great. Coleslaw tasted fresh so did the fried cabbage which I had never tried. They do catfish on Fridays between 5pm and 9pm. I loved it will have to go back.

My wife loves their catfish on Friday, I go fo BBQ. Tried their BBQ bowl at it's great. Piled full of potatoes, corn, sausage, pulled pork and cheese. Enough for 2 meals.
Ordered online for delivery and all I can say is unbelievable how bad this place is. Had "ribs" and some turkey with their spicy Texas creamed corn and mac & cheese. When I picked up the order I sensed something was wrong; so light, I wondered if they had forgotten something.However, the order was complete, it was the meat that appeared to be the problem. The turkey was tender and sliced very thin, but not a lot of smoke nor moisture to it. thank god for the bbq sauce. The "ribs" were on the far side of drier than a bone. Literally. I have had jerky more moist. These were CRISPY and desiccated to the point I wondered if they had been kept over from last week or if the cook failed to put enough water into the reconstitution of them from being freeze dried. If Dickey's had their sides, they would have no reason to be in business.If you like a high priced, underwhelming experience for "bbq" and like crunchy meat, this is your place. Otherwise, I think there's a 7-11 with a bbq brisket sandwich in their cooler I can heat up in my microwave and be more satisfied. Thankfully, I wasted a gift card from work on this and not my own money.
