Mickaela the Shift supervisor admitted putting our sandwich in another client’s order and refused to have it redelivered and did not apologize. It is such a disappointment and we placed so many group orders from this location.

I stopped in for a breakfast sandwich. They were out of the sandwich I usually get. The manager Joe suggested and offered me a new sandwich. The sandwich tasted very good. Great personality and very perfection. Awesome customer service. Thank you Joe for being a great manager.

Incredible experience! Said hello to Immediately, gave be a water while I waited for my drink. Got my order right and they were just awesome! Highly recommend.
I love Starbucks coffee and some of the Starbucks are super cozy hangout places. This location isn’t as cozy as some of the others I’ve visited. It’s fine for a quick coffee but it wasn’t as inviting as I’d hoped in ascetics. The service was excellent. And location is convenient. The coffee is consistently good.

Matt has the worst attitude. It’s crazy how your daily coffee can be the literal highlight of your day and one person thinks they have the right to ruin that experience for you. If you’re that unhappy get out of the window where you have to deal with people. You’re rude and not for the people.

Matthew treats me so well, he makes me feel like I'm actually related to Beyoncé. Best service i think I've ever received on such a constant basis. Even if i go months without stopping in they still somehow remember me and treat me like a VIP. Also this location makes the best shaken expresso.
