I went here on December 24 around noon. I ordered a coffee on the mobile app. It was to be ready at 12:21. I walked in at 12:19. No one was there yet 2 workers behind the counter were talking. Then a customer came in, and I sat there now past the time my coffee was to be ready, and watched the man make the walk in 4 premium drinks. My app order is still waiting. Then, another customer walked in and ordered. At this point, it was 8 minutes past the time my"cup of coffee" was to be ready. So I got up and asked him" Excuse me, I had a mobile order for Susan? " He had the cup right in his hand but never did anything for 10 minutes. Anyhow, even after asking him about it, and my cup of coffee, the estimated time was almost 10 minutes late. And mind you the drive thru and inside hand no one when the est. time came and went. He still filled the customer who had just walked in and then did my cup of coffee.

I never had a Starbucks location be so inconsiderate. He saw me, he carried on multiple conversations knowing a customer had been waiting, then when I mentioned it he still took a walk in order and filled it before completing my venti pikes place. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. TODAY WHEN I PICK UP MY DRINK AND 2 BAGS OF COFFEE I WON'T BE GOING HERE.

The customer server is outstanding don’t get me wrong. But I’ve been here plenty of times to know that the coffee or anything there doesn’t taste good. They’re understanding and redo it and the second time it taste even worse.

I go to Starbucks regularly. Today was unbelievable. I wanted a cup of coffee. I prefer a dark blend, but it was early afternoon, and I know they only have Pike at that time. So I asked for a Venti Pike. They were out. They had NO coffee. He asked if I minded waiting until they brewed some. I didn't have time to wait so I ordered an Americano. I asked to use my stars reward. When I got home I saw that he charged my card instead of using points. So let's recap. NO COFFEE brewed and charged me incorrectly. And it gets worse. While I was waiting for my Americano, nobody started brewing fresh coffee for others who would be coming in behind me this afternoon. I'm a long time customer of Starbucks and I have never seen anything so bad in any Starbucks I've been in all across the country.

Went to this location instead of my typical store because it was on the way home from an appointment. I ordered a cold brew, she had me repeat what size, ordered a breakfast sandwich, she walked off (I assumed to check that they still had one), ordered a pineapple cake. I get the drink and pineapple cake while sitting waiting. Lady notices I've been standing there forever still waiting and asks what I've been waiting on. When I tell her my breakfast sandwich, she goes to the computer looking all confused and says somehow they missed that and she's gonna get it started right away for me. Except then she calls me around again to charge me another transaction all over again. At that point, they should've just made it and apologized for messing up. It's not like my order was huge or complicated in any way and I've been standing here for about 15 minutes now, so yeah. I was not thrilled about this experience at this location.

Everyone is absolutely friendly, welcoming and extremely kind, and accommodating . I come here a lot (admittedly a bit too much), but I have never felt unwelcome. Not only do they greet you as "Friend", but if you frequent enough, they really make you feel like one, which means a lot to me personally.

The coffee is delicious, but more important, AK is an absolute angel. Such a kind, sweet person with a bright smile and brighter energy. It’s always nice to start the morning greeted by someone so happy and exudes sunshine. Thank you!! ☺️
