In a dead silent and empty store, an employee came to my table and asked me to lower my voice during the middle of a normal phone call. You could hear a pin drop in this place, sorry for not whispering in your library. The only thing I could hear after jumping off my call is the girl in glasses complaining about her work schedule….lovely ambience. This isn’t my normal Starbucks and I regret coming in. What an awkward experience.

Yes I stop go to this Starbucks. A few times lately which makes me decided… I think it when one of the blonde girl taking my order with such a rude attitude. And also their matcha never be mixed up so well, it literally all the power crumbled which is like 2 of the time I got them.

I went to this starbuck this morning and paid 8 dollars plus tip before i new better anyway the young lady with the blond hair made my coffee horrible I went back in to have my coffee remade and she literally made it the same way i didn't not like i sit in my car debating on if i should go back in but I didn't want to be that customer so i just decided to leave a review i will not be returning my coffee taste burnt and watery didn't taste like my extra shot of expresso or extra flavors was added and it still had to much foam worst coffee i ever had!!

Usually I like this location but just had an experience where I had ordered a hot drink via mobile and when i got there it was iced. Normally not a big deal, but I was a bit under the weather and needed something hot so i let the barista know. Super bad attitude from the barista like it was my fault. Not even an apology.

Allowing employees to buy items before the store opens which is against corporate policy. Store manager Allie is rude and unprofessional. Emailed the district manager and have yet to receive any response. Started an investigation with corporate.

Two stars bc the coffee is good. But to the rude little girl that made my drinks (short, black hair, glasses)…learn some manners and be polite. When someone speaks to you and says thank you have a great day, don’t just be rude and not say anything. It was the looking at me with attitude as I said it that really pissed me off. The other two ladies were super sweet.

I order a pecan oatmilk cartado every morning that they have it. Every week this store runs out! One would think they would order enough but no there are no adjustments made. If they were you would have the past Friday. Not the case for the last couple of weeks. Just sad! They have pumpkin spice everything though!

This is honestly one of the better Starbucks stores. Yes it doesnt have a drive thur but go in the staff is the best at this store. Always very friendly and they draw cute things on your cup.

Friendly and professional staff. A very healthy amount of natural sunlight permeates the coffee shop. Mostly all tables. They have two sofas but they are very worn out. I would change them immediately. Other than that, this is a great Starbucks location.

About 90% of the time this location nails it with their drinks. The staff are usually friendly, quick to fix mistakes, and it’s super convenient since it’s only a two-minute drive from my apartment.

That said, I’ve had two separate experiences now where a Frappuccino (one mocha cookie, one caramel) was basically undrinkable. Both times it tasted like blended ice and bitter coffee, as if the milk and syrup had been completely left out.

Most recently—today—I went in to have the drink remade (it was part of a DoorDash order), and the moment the employee saw me, they disappeared into the back. I don’t want to throw accusations without proof, but the fact that the same employee worked both times the drinks were made I can’t help but feel that’s a little sus.

Never thought I’d Have to write this type of review for my beloved Starbucks, but this experience made me. I ordered my usual honey citrus mint tea and picked it up. As I was driving And began drinking, larger clumps of something went into my mouth. I opened the top to realize there was tea here floating all in my drink! To make matters worse, when I took it back in the store, the barista was clearly annoyed and didn’t acknowledge me when I came in. When she went to take my order, I shared with her that my drink had something floating in it. She said I’ll remake it for you. She never looked, never apologized, nothing. This makes me believe she knew it was like that when she served it to me! I will never do business at this location again! I’ve never felt so devalued as a loyal customer as I did today during this interaction!
