Great selection of merchandise, fast service

Gaby at the front, gave me a hard time and I’m handicapped not to mention I drove over 90 miles. I said I wanted a case of cookies to give to my daughter for Christmas, and that the manager always orders them for me. Gaby said she could not go to the freezer to get the cookies. I said call your manger, Gaby said he will not answer because it was to early in the morning close to 9am as the time. I told her if I purchase all your cookies up front and then order one more what would you do to accommodate me. Gaby said I would have to wait for the other employee to show up. There was no one in line or coming up to the Starbucks counter. Gaby was just standing there not looking at me, she was not doing anything but just standing there. I’m sending this to Starbucks corporate and I would not use this store ever again, I always purchase a case of cookies for my daughter to give to her at Christmas time. This store just lost a customer.

TRASHHHHHH service!! Gaby at the front is horrible! Tried to lie on me & act like I ordered some coffee drink I get the same white hot chocolate drink for my daughter everytime! Barely 17 years old & trying to eye roll me and get loud with me & your the one that messed up my order that I over paid originally but didn’t make a deal about that , I just wanted my correct drink!! Put her back through training because if I could give a negative rating I would! HORRIBLE!!! Then lets not talk about how today is January 22, 2024 & your up there selling desserts that literally expire tomorrow, so thats less than 24 hours lol

The employees here don't think they're at a Starbucks.They scan the app for payment and points, but claim they can't take coupon codes for promotions in the same app.

MARIAM is the WORST pharmacist I have ever delt with. I’ve been going to this pharmacy for a while. At first it was great. My scripts were filled on time, the staff paid attention, and called if there were any problems. Since I’ve been dealing with Mariam I’ve had issues ever refill. She does not pay attention to the information given to her, I have to explain to her how my insurance works every time I call, and she is EXTREMELY rude, and has told me multiple times she doesn’t “ have time for me” this is her job. She is supposed to “have time” to figure out why prescriptions aren’t getting filled, or why prescriptions sit for multiple days without getting filled. Like today she basically scolded me saying I “just called it in” when I actually called it in yesterday morning at 10AM (for which I have the proof) I asked her if she had the medication then, she said yes, I asked then why have I been waiting for two days for it, and she yells at me about not having time to talk to me. I’ve had to have my doctor call them multiple times to straighten out something simple. I will come to this pharmacy again when she is gone.

This is the first time I ever had a problem ordering my coffee ! I had to repeat my order at least 3 times , person who works there Tamaya or whatever her name is very rude .She kept saying HUH and the whole body language little miss thing had is just unacceptable. She even lied not to have vanilla bean just to make things even more difficult. 0 manners and 0 customer service !

Whoever the girl was working on 2/1/2022 at night needs a severe attitude check. Horrible service and should maybe look for a job at McDonald’s, because Starbucks is not a good match for her.

There was actually a body in the area today however the girl there acted like we were going to steal something and covered it as trying to push the glasses on us. When we did order a drink we were told they were out of most of what we asked for and that she didn’t even have everything to make a hot chocolate so she substituted ingredients. We didn’t try them until we left or I would have asked for a refund. They tasted like they were made with curdled milk. In addition to dealing with girls nasty argumentative attitude the order was un-drinkable. They are better off leaving the area empty. I believe this is an independent store but they are giving all the Starbucks a bad reputation.
