Ordered a cup of Nitro Cold Brew- once it settled it was barely half a cup of foam and half of a cup of liquid. I have ordered the Nitro at many Starbucks before and when it settles it’s only a small layer on top. That is also the way it is always advertised. I didn’t appreciate paying $5.00 for half a cup of nitro cold brew. Mentioned it to the staff and was told it’s nitro and is supposed to be like that. They even went as far as to pour a cup of regular cold brew to tell me I was mistaken. Again, just disappointing to pay so much and not get what you paid for.

Not sure if I was scammed or not but, the prices at this Starbucks are outrageous . I paid almost 6 bucks for a tall iced coffee and the barista mentioned that the prices are different target to target . This was my first time here since its renovation so not sure when this changed I paid obviously but I was looking forward to shopping with a coffee in hand . The barista who made my drink could have been friendlier . When I asked for a splash of cream, the coffee was literally half filled with cream. Because I paid so much money for the coffee, I asked her to add more coffee which she did but it still wasn’t too my liking and she had already left to help another customer so I just left it . At the rates this Starbucks is charging, I will no longer be purchasing from this location

Went on a Sunday. There were about 4 cars ahead of me. I pull up to the speaker & wait. And wait. And wait. About 3 minutes have passed & NO ONE has greeted me. Not even to advise me to "give them just a moment" I'm still being patient until I go ahead & move forward thinking that they MAY be taking orders at the window because WHY HAVENT I BEEN GREETED AFTER 3 min?! Smh. Well I get to the window & the barista gives me a total. I advise I haven't ordered & he takes my order at the window. Very EASY order might I add. Welp, I pay & he gives me my drink. When he gives me my drink - He is pressed to tell me "Next time, we ask that you remain at the speaker to order." I didn't go off or say anything snarky back because it could've gotten ugly. Literally, they weren't responsive & failed to do their part in greeting me upon arrival to their speaker. I let it be, but Starbucks train your employees to greet upon the "ding" they hear on their headsets & if the customer advises you that they waited & NO ONE said anything. Just let it be. It was a refresher. That's all. Carry on & get to the next customer. And have a wonderful day. Today's date is 8/7/22. I won't return to this location as the service is poor & my refresher was bland.
