I went to Starbucks this morning around 5:40am. I got a sandwich and hot chai. Unfortunately the sandwich was greasy- which I’m not sure why and my drink tasted like a thick, warm chemical drink. It was awful. I didn’t have time to go back and get it fixed due to going to work but I’m so disappointed- especially with the cost. I’ll be sticking with my local community coffee shops for now on.

I love that fact that no matter where you’re and there is a Starbucks, you can count on them for delivery of quality coffee, pastries, sandwiches and more.
The stores are always clean, well stocked and the staff is cheerful.

This 5 star review is for JASMINE the barista at this location. STARBUCKS’ CORPORATE DIVISION needs this young lady to work there to set the example for quality control and customer service in all their stores.
I am in love with the Fireworks Frappuccino which was only available for a very, very short time. So when I go to a Starbucks, I say I know the Fireworks Frap is not available but can you make something similar. I get the same response “we don’t have that anymore”. Yes I know that but you DO have all the ingredients to make it. So then I have to say, “you have strawberry puree, coconut milk, raspberry pearls, and vanilla cold foam right”? Of course they do! So please make me my drink, call it a Summer Skies refresher and double blend it.
Well the young guy at this drive thru starts with the same response when I ask. Before I have to go through the same explanation, a girls voice comes across out of nowhere and says “I can make you a drink like that because we have all of the ingredients”. Finally someone willing to make an effort when no one else will because it’s easier to dismiss my request. She didn’t make a Fireworks Frapp because it’s technically no longer on the menu. She found an alternative to make a customer happy. That’s CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Let me tell you, I’m driving down the road and take my first drink and actually stop and look at it and take another drink because it was the best, most perfect drink I’ve ever gotten from any Starbucks! Jasmine is a magician! She deserves a big thank you for not taking the easy way out and saying “we don’t have that anymore”. Customer service is lacking pretty much everywhere and I accept it as status quo. Jasmine came through for this customer and it was a refreshing surprise. I’ve been back to thank her for her kindness. She makes this Starbucks location exceptional and they should thank her as well.

Starbucks is what it is - fast and convenient, decent coffee and other items. THIS particular location though, is terrible. The service is always S L O W. I've had long waits at the drive-thru even when the place is not busy, and the quality of my drinks (usually just a coffee of latte) has been poor several times. I never go to this location anymore, even though it is quite close to home.

I really like Starbucks, and I have been in deferent locations that I enjoy, but this one definitely the worst, the service is soo poorly 😩 they don't even pay attention to the people, I have been a few times in this location and definitely I don't come back, it's always the same 😒😒

Product consistency is sub-par, and this is by far the slowest location in the area. A 20+ min wait in the drive thru, even when you’ve placed an online order, is common.

It was about 2 years ago I was here. They locked the door so no one could come inside the store. The workers just wanted to serve the drive-thru customers. I came here seeking a place to sit down and get work done over a nice coffee drink but all the workers ignored me and never opened the door. And there were many ppl already inside! When a customer opened door for me, I walked in. Then manager (he was a white gay man) came and told me I should not be in here and he will call a police. In my 25 years of living in America never was I this poorly and disrespectfully treated. No wonder Starbucks has been doing very poorly lately. Everyone is fed up with disrespectful customer service and the company value of upholding impractical liberal ideals. If someone in a manager position is so messed up like that, there is no hope for this business. I have never been to this location ever since. I would give negative 5 stars if I could. Inhumane and shameful treatment by that liberal white gay manager at this Starbucks location I will never forget.

Saturday April 19th we have been sitting in drive thru 38 minutes now. This is the 2nd time we had this happen. Also asked for charged extra Carmel drizzle and got less than what they typically put on them 60cent extra and got less… 😒 Absolutely ridiculous. Not sure what’s going on with this location but don’t recommend this one. To many other Starbucks around that are quick. Won’t be back to this one.👎👎👎👎
