I didn’t have a very good experience here yesterday. I know this location is by the highway, so I wasn’t very surprised they misunderstood my coffee order. However, what surprised me is how they reacted. The guy got really awkward with me about it, and almost seemed a little bit aggravated. My original order was a frappe, but they had given me a hot latte. I asked if they could remake it, which they did. However, what they made me was ice and syrup. There was no expresso in it and it was disgusting. I know it didn’t have expresso because I used to be a barista. The drink was nearly pure white and I could see all of the syrup at the bottom. The drink normally has a light brown hue after the shot it added. I understand mistakes are made but I don’t want to pay nearly $7 for syrup and ice.

This Starbucks has a good amount of natural light, is spaced out well, and has multiple sockets near many of the seats, so there’s great availability for charging your devices. It’s the perfect spot for studying or conducting work.In addition, this location has the most wonderful baristas. In addition to making a great, custom caramel Frappuccino, they are the friendliest people. I’m usually grumpy in the morning, but their warm smiles quickly brightened my mood. They are also kind. I made a mess and wanted to clean it up with discretion. Destiny was thankfully there to help, and I was saved from embarrassment. I owe you my thanks, Destiny!

The barista McKenzie was rude about my friends and I trying to use a coupon on the app, and when she realized she was wrong about the coupon- she did not apologize for making my friend pay full price or for arguing with us.

This store is a disaster. My first time here and they have zero oat milk, almond milk, soy milk or coconut milk. Unreal for a COFFEE shop as big as Starbucks

Got there and was served immediately at the drive thru, I had a mobile order and it was already ready when I arrived. I got three drinks including my favorite: the iced blonde vanilla latte. It was super good! I can say that it was lacking a bit of vanilla but the lid was fixed and didn't spill and I loved the service! The drive thru looks wonderful. This was all good until my family went uinside to grab a spoon. It was super busy and there was a line and nobody could be bothered to help us super quickly. I know they were just busy but it would've taken just a few seconds.

I'm so impressed with the Starbucks on 4920 St Hwy 121. The staff is wonderful- they know me by name and order and are always so nice and friendly. But Kathy T at the drive thru window is one of those people that has that special something. She puts a smile on your face and makes your day just a little brighter. She is kind, and funny and I look forward to seeing her at the window every morning. She's just an absolute delight!!

Absolute slowest drive thru.Easy 15-20 min wait every time.You are forced to pick between the location in target that’s quick but makes your drink wrong or this location, where the drink is made right but you are waiting a hot min.
Very crowded place and you need to wait for your coffee for minimum half an hour especially you are in drive thru. I have ordered doppio and the order came with complete cold even though I ordered hot one.

This is my go to location, and the drive-thru is my friend. I am always happy when I get to my order and Kathy is there. I love her personality and she always puts a smile on my face as I get my coffee and go.

Almost every morning, I start my day by stopping at this location for coffee. I have been coming to this location for a few years now. Stopping was the highlight of my day. The employees used to be so friendly and greeting each customer with a smile and a warm greeting. Within the last month or so, I have noticed a changed in how the employees interact with the customers. The happy and friendly smiles and greetings are gone. I have also heard a few customers say that they miss their favorite barista, Kathy because was their highlight of their day. She always made their start of their day bright. Because of these changes things are not the same.
