I ordered the Venti Matcha Iced latte with lavender cold foam. My drinks was not filled to the brim. The foam dissipated within minutes which is understandable and I realized how FRUGAL the barista made my order. Not worth the expense- particularly at this location. Very disappointing.Tried again 6/12There were no lavender powder in stock for the Lavender foam Oatmilk Matcha latte. I asked for a recommended alternative and the barista said she had no recommendations/no clue. No worries. I ask for the matcha latte instead. I guess I should have been more specific! I realized later my matcha latte had regular milk instead of the oatmilk matcha latte I had previously desired. Seriously? Talk about taking the easy way out to get things done. There are better baristas and service elsewhere.

I recently visited the Starbucks, and I have to say, the experience was fantastic! The staff was incredibly awesome and friendly, greeting us with big smiles and warm welcomes. They went above and beyond by providing us with waters without even being asked, which was such a thoughtful touch. The atmosphere was inviting and cozy, perfect for relaxing or getting some work done.☕ The baristas were super attentive and made sure our drinks were just right. I tried the new seasonal frappuccino, and it was delicious! The flavors were perfectly balanced, and it was beautifully presented. ?✨ The seating area was clean and well-maintained, and the vibe was just right with a great playlist in the background. ?Overall, this Starbucks location really impressed me with its excellent customer service and inviting environment. I'll definitely be coming back for more of their amazing coffee and warm hospitality! ??

Around 50s or 60s? white lady/barrista (w kinda almond/small eyes sorry didn’t get her name (she manned starbucks krogers 7/12, 4pm - Kroger’s apron); very slow service but that’s tolerable as we understand people get tired or under some medical circumstances …! she’s unfriendly, but then tolerable again, people go thru things and not in the mood to be friendly, but what ì’m disappointed is it felt like I was robbed, :( almost half empty for a Venti iced matcha latte with no ice. Not the same with other Starbucks! Is it because it’s no ice? When she handed it over to meI didn’t notice, since it was bubbly/frothy …. Then when it settled, voila! A tall size in a venti cup! With my profession(using my voice) I can’t handle ice, Why so stingy when the price is steep? I paid for a price of Venti for a tall :( :( (: — Anyway, NOT in this Starbucks anymore!

It had taken too many years to realize that there were other Starbucks locations in Lewisville which were not on Hebron Parkway and not near I-35E and Fox. This location off of Sam Rayburn has actually been around a while, and from my first visit about four years ago up until this morning, this has become (and will still be) my go-to Starbucks location when I need my morning fix. The staff, especially, has been exceptionally fantastic all these years, so welcoming and so friendly. This morning, I decided on a caramel Macchiato, and it came out smooth and good. This drink has a very rich, earthy taste to it that you'll want over and over again. It's also been the place to get my caffe latte on a consistent basis. Their house blends are also worth the price. And although I didn't get it today, every now and then, I'd pick up one of their double-smoked bacon and egg sandwich on that special croissant-style bread --- I highly recommend it! Stop by here as I have and get your morning fix right here. Alex, Michael, Zerlina, Sax, Dawn, Blanca, and Alexis will all take good care of you, just as they have for me. I'll be back here the next time I head for work. Can't wait!

This young man is awesome RICO very polite and boy does he make the best drinks. He really seems to care about his job. Need more people like him at 4620 location inside Kroger. I will keep coming as long as he is there.
