I went to order a sandwich for my husband and I today and I noticed this cricket in between the glass and where the meats go. I told the worker about it and he just told me that there’s nothing he could do about it. The cricket was alive and moving. And then when he got done making my husband sandwich, he looked at me and told me this is a most unhealthy sandwich that he’s ever made in his life and he hopes that whoever is eating, it has a desk to lay on to take a nap afterwards because they’re gonna need it. He had gauges in his ears and tattoos, I’m not sure what his name was.

I work at walmart overnight, thinking I can grab subway when I get to work at 9. NO NOT AT ALL!!! There used to be a girl that worked there and she stayed open till 10 but now u can't get anything after 8:30, but signs and google says open till 10
I asked for #15 titan turkey 6 inch, Italian herb bread toasted. The person at the counter Repeats my order and starts off with a foot-long. No! #15 titan turkey 6 inch, The person behind the counter proceeds to make an Italian, meatball on herb bread and still charges me for foot-long. That will be the last time I will order from that subway. Listen to the Customer!!!!

I do not recommend coming to this place bread forms do not be washed properly there is roaches at this location Sauce bottle container is nasty and they let employee stay with all her belongings there And also grease traps and the back don’t be cleaned properly

Terrible service, I arrived to order and the person who was serving saw that we arrived and hid, we called her and she treated us badly and was rude, with attention like that they are only going to chase away the customers, in the end I decided not to buy anything

To elaborate, this has a lot to do with starting with the manager because there have been 3 occasions that I go and I want to buy a prickly pear sandwich and the fact that they don't have the things is a lack of organization. And this day I went and I wanted a prickly pear sandwich and I didn't have any. I asked the girl who was there to give me one of Philly and one of meatball but the two sandwiches are missing, they are always ugly, they always make them all ugly, like they don't know how to make them, I have worked in subways restaurant and I have never made such ugly sandwiches. Service was not good, they kept forgetting what I ordered and told me they were out of stuff after I ordered it and was paying. Also they barely wrapped the sub fell apart.
They lost money cause they were on break should have some one working all the time bad customer

I went here to order a footlong and there was a customer in front of me paying with cash. The sandwich maker took the cash, gave the customer his change, and then proceeded to come back and make my sandwich without changing his gloves. When I asked him “are you going to change your gloves?”, he proceeds to tell me it’s corporate policy to NOT change his gloves after handling cash?!? I said “that’s unsanitary and would you want your food handled in that way?” and he says “I do it all the time”. I asked him to change his gloves for me please, which he does, then he puts the turkey he previously touched with dirty gloves back in with the rest of the meat, then picks it up again to put on my sandwich! I told him don’t worry about it I’ll go somewhere else. So do yourself a favor and go somewhere else that practices proper food handling techniques.
