Service was not good, they kept forgetting what I ordered and told me they were out of stuff after I ordered it and was paying. Also they barely wrapped the sub fell apart.

Just need it to be known this subway's service is so bad. I waited in line for about 15-20 mins to have a depressing sandwich made. The gentleman making the sandwich put it in the oven for half time it should have been, the bacon ended up being undercooked. He didn't even cut the sandwich and acted like it was an inconvenience when I asked him to. A waste of time and $20, should have walked away like the people ahead of me.

I went here to order a footlong and there was a customer in front of me paying with cash. The sandwich maker took the cash, gave the customer his change, and then proceeded to come back and make my sandwich without changing his gloves. When I asked him “are you going to change your gloves?”, he proceeds to tell me it’s corporate policy to NOT change his gloves after handling cash?!? I said “that’s unsanitary and would you want your food handled in that way?” and he says “I do it all the time”. I asked him to change his gloves for me please, which he does, then he puts the turkey he previously touched with dirty gloves back in with the rest of the meat, then picks it up again to put on my sandwich! I told him don’t worry about it I’ll go somewhere else. So do yourself a favor and go somewhere else that practices proper food handling techniques.

Sammy and Gabriel did amazing getting a big last minute catering order done before 11am!! Everything came out great and on time!!

FOOD SHMACKED SANDWICHES ARE ALWAYS AMAZEBALLS love everyone that works at the subway except for the 2 teenage girls that seem to work on weekends other than them this subway is great props to the manager for keeping everything so clean and the other boy who also works there is the sweetest
Every time I order from this exact subway, I never get the correct order, I’m always missing items, or only some of the requested items on my sandwich. I only ordered from this subway because it was the only one that was a $.99 charge on Uber and the one I normally get food from was closed. Honestly, next time I’m gonna pay the 2 to 3 dollars to get and the one I normally get food from was closed. Honestly, next time I’m gonna pay the 2 to 3 dollars to get one food from a subway that’s further away, just so I don’t have to deal with this place. I have never once had a problem with the subway on Valley Ridge. Why can’t this Subway get its act together.

You should have 2 employees working per shift. I was told by an employee that he couldn't serve my husband, and I because he was on break..... so subway lost money because I wasn't going to wait 15 minutes for him to come back from

The guy said he cannot serve the food, because he is in break and asked ne to come back 1 hour later. It was 1 :55pm. I believed he sees me as brown people and decided not to serve. Racist still exist and continue. They don't have any fresh iteams at all.
