My friend & I placed an online order AT THE SAME TIME and I called the store to ask them to toast it 3X . I get to the store and I tell the lady I’m picking up 2 online orders & she hast the audacity to tell me she didn’t know which order to toast so she only did it once 😅 then has the nerve to ask me did I want to toast it again after she had already put all the stuff on it. 🤣 I mean I seriously can’t make this up . Then after the fact they hadn’t even started on my friends order so now not only did my food not get made right after I called but now it’s getting cold because I have to wait on my friends order to be made . Hire people that know how to listen 👂🏾 with their ears . I never really have issues here but I’m not sure what’s going on anymore . Please do better & listen to people and how they want their food prepared!

I will never go here again. The one on main Street is better. I got a coupon in the mail and they said the don't take subway coupons save yourself the trip. Over priced sandwiches and it smelled like musty armpits in there.

The guy that worked this location claimed to say they won't accept coupons from subway that they send out in the mail goes on to say them coupons are a fraud ..so why does the company send them out to customers then.

I always place my order by app. Out of all the other Subways, this location is the only one that does not put pickles in my sub. I'm allergic to cucumbers so I never add them. Whenever I place an order of multiple subs for multiple people, other Subway locations add pickles to all the subs, including mine, without bothering to read that ONE sub has no pickles in the order.This location is slightly more costly than the other stores but I don't have to dissect my food by trying to fish out stuff I can't eat.I'm not sure if it's just placebo or my standards have gotten low from dealing with other places, but the food here tastes better too. The bread tastes good and isn't tough, decent amount of sauce and right amount of vegetables.If you're going to place an order online/by app, this place is the only Subway that'll get your order right.
