I purchased an order tonight via the app and was charged. The app informed us we could pick up the order. I sent my son to the store only to find out not only that our order wasn't made, but but they didn't have the the ingredients. The subway emplyees informed my son that they also couldn't reach their supervisor.

This is one of the best subways ! Jennifer the manager is top notch friendly and eager to please . It’s also very clean . Love the Tuna !

The young man who was working had a bad attitude. He was more interested in talking to his girlfriend, who does not work there, than making my order (I had two sandwiches).When I asked if I could get a couple of sugar cookies, he rolled his eyes and said "Does it look like I have ANY sugar cookies?!" It came across like it was my fault the store had not received their delivery.I did not feel like I was "Eatting Fresh" and probably won't go back to this store due to the attitude received from the kid working. The store is VERY dirty and lack of product is also a problem. ?

I love this Subway! The food is always fresh and delicious. The service is excellent. Chelsea is a real gem! she’s friendly, courteous and knows her stuff! I passed many other subways to come to this one to get my favorite meatball sub!!

The one good thing I have to say, when the manager Chelsea is working, she makes amazing Sandwiches and has amazing customer service. Super amazing employee!Aside from that when Chelsea is not working the food is absolutely garbage. I know when Chelsea does my order because she knows me and writes a nice note on the bag. But I know when she isn’t there because the food quality is complete garbage. They could care less if your food is good. My sandwich was as hard as cardboard. Like would an employee make their sandwich suck? No because it’s there’s. It’s super annoying

Placed a pickup order at 1:40 app said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Came at 2:00 to get it and had to wait 20 minutes just for them to say that don’t have my order. Customer service was horrible!

Friday night. One employee? I felt so bad for the poor person trying his best to provide all the people waiting for their orders to be filled. Staff can't be paid enough for what your employee had to endure. I ordered online. Paid full price for a BLT sub. There were no tomatoes on the sub because it seems management hadn't stocked enough. Had to cut up some tomatoes at home to finish preparing my Subway sandwich. Save a penny to loose a dollar. That theme seems to flow through to labor costs as well. Last week my daughter's boyfriend ordered a meatball sub. Again, no meatballs available and he only learns about this when he gets to the store.Management, you keep going like this I can guarrantee you there will be a For Lease sign on your window very shortly. Read the previous reviews and get your act together. I'll be going to Subway at Round Grove from now on.

This location needs help! Tonight they were out of turkey, ham, several veggies due to the prep person not showing up this morning. Why wouldn't you prep it yourself and call in another employee? Customer service is your business, is it not? This location is consistently out of product., poor customer service. I've tried this location several times, thinking it's a fluke next time will be better but no! No purchase tonight, off to Jimmy John's! You've lost my business for sure!

I ordered food on grubhub, wasn't ready when my driver got there and made my driver wait around an hour and half... embarrassing I ordered before anyone in that line lol.

Went around 9:15am and I believe the guy that works there had his family there and kids running around. Store was not set up so he asked for more time. I took my mother to Walmart and came back around 9:40am and nothing was still set up(registers, meat, veggies put out). Came back later around 2:15pm and they only had wheat bread. The store clearly is understaffed and the gentleman doesn't work efficient/fast enough to be the only one in the store taking mobile orders and in-store orders.

If I could give this place a negative star review I would. Anytime I’ve ever visited this place it’s a disappointment and today was no different. Placed my order online and should have checked my food before leaving as my sandwich was not made the way I requested it to be made. Drove back to the store and asked for my sandwich to be made but the “flamboyant” manager refused to remake my sandwich but instead wanted to give me the ingredients to make my own sandwich. He proceeds to refuse to remake and decides he’s going to use me a refund. After exchanging words and calling me a B****, my family and I will NEVER step foot in this hell hole again. Poor service, poor quality, and poor attitude is what you can expect from this location. Service like this doesn’t belong in Lewisville. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION. There are plenty of other subways that are way better in the city. Don’t say I and many others didn’t warn you.

Not Your Business

Wish I had read reviews PRIOR to visiting the location. Looks like I’m just another number and management doesn’t care either with such a low rating. I have now visited this location twice and both times were a catastrophe. I’m uploading pictures of overcooked hard bread, burnt cheese I paid extra for, undercooked chicken bits, sandwich was never properly wrapped and not to mention the horrible customer service. There was no manager on site to report this to & from the looks of it no one cares about the franchise. How are they still functioning? I’m going to assume convenient location cause that was my reasoning for giving it a second chance. Shame on me right? I know. I literally should’ve just walked out when my food came out the oven but me & my children were starving and had a function that we were already running late for and didn’t want to be any later. WILL NOT HAPPEN A THIRD TIME! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED MY HARD EARNED MONEY WAS WASTED BECAUSE IT WAS INEDIBLE!
