Just echoing what others have mentioned, stay away from this location. They are charging you higher than other locations, can't understand English, seem totally disinterested and charging for veggie items that are not even chargeable by other locations. Seems they are running their own rules here. I just left without ordering.

I'm not usually one to complain but my experience at this location was absolutely horrible. We stopped here after my kids softball practice. They did not close for another 30 min. The lady handling our food was so rude, I assume because we came in at 9. She then threw our food in a bag so that we would leave, even though they were not closed yet. We had to eat on the back of my husband's truck because we felt we couldn't eat inside. I will not go back to this location. Terrible customer service.

They grey haired Hispanic with heavy accent is rude for no reason. I took my boys for lunch and we couldn't understand her and she seemed upset to have to repeat. We left with 3 subs no chips or drinks because she can't understand English. If you read reviews you can see nobody cares and service hasn't changed. Advice for all is order then say nevermind when she gives attitude see how they like losing money.

I order the new $5 footlong nachos and I was hearing how little you receive from it and how it's not customizable, so I went to the closet subway and sure enough all sayings were true. You arent allowed to customize it to your liking, and the size of it is small. I even ask if I bought an extra bag of doritos chips if they put it on. They said no. Why have a saying say build it your own way when it is a lie and you cannot.

Bad service, the lady who was serving me today 11/03/2025 was very rude, she did not accept the coupons and in the process she told me that it was just chicken that I could add to the counter area, very dirty, I really do not recommend this store at all, I am going to call the company tomorrow

Didn’t even end up ordering because the lady behind the counter was too busy with online orders that she didn’t even speak to or look at me. A simple “I’ll be with you soon” would have done the trick. I waited through two sandwiches made. When she started on the third without acknowledging me, I knew it was time to take my business elsewhere.

I would stay away from this location. The older lady with glasses has a attitude. Second the store was very dirty. The veggies was old looks like they been sitting out afew days. Third playing the worst music ever. Come on sub way. Come on lewisville let's get better.

This is a franchise location. The corporate standards are lacking. The messed up a very simple order. When we returned to have it fixed, they acted like they couldn't understand how this happened. They trashed the bad sandwich and I asked if they could let me keep it since I was inconvenienced. I asked to speak to a manager. I was told none was on duty that they leave at 3pm. They had no one in charge. They then proceeded to get snippy and get an attitude with us. They laughed at us when we double checked our order. Completely unprofessional. Completely rude.
Completely disrespectful.
Use this location at your own risk. If you do, just double check your order before you walk out the door.

Had to repeat my order several times because the teens working there were too busy flirting and goofing around to actually listen. The order was a regular sandwich with nothing changed and a cheese. It shouldn’t have been that hard.
