All around disappointing. I ordered the chalupa meal and they were cold and the shells were soggy and tasted raw instead of crispy like they're supposed to be.
The fact that they tell you to order from the kiosk is ridiculous.
Add this one to my list of Taco Bells to avoid like the plague.

It’s Taco Bell not much to say. They did get my app order correct but they didn’t mark the burritos so we had to open each one. Food was good.

I have a few problems with my visit. We came in at 10pm and were told we have to move both of our cars because they are getting a truck. If you have to inconvenience your customers like that, ask to get your trucks at a time that you are closed. Also it took an extremely long time for anyone to acknowledge us. Then after we got our food and sat down, we witnessed 2 different people come in to complain about their orders separately. They were also ignored for a very long time. One of the guys said he got somebody else's order and was opening everything to show them. I then saw them take back all the food he touched and they gave it to the correct person. That's extremely unsanitary and they should be ashamed. It also smells like pee in the dining room today but I have never noticed this before so I will give them the benefit of the doubt.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell on Main Street in Lewisville.
I ordered a chicken quesadilla and I clearly asked the lady in Spanish to cook it extra, which she did not do. There’s a reason why I ask for it that way — many times the cheese inside is still cold and not melted properly, and unfortunately that’s exactly what happened again.
I also asked for sauce with my order, and she didn’t include it either. On top of that, the service was unfriendly — no smile, no kindness, just a bad attitude.
It honestly makes me want to ask the lady if she would like to receive her own order the same incomplete way she gave it to me. Of course, the answer would be no — I don’t think anyone would accept being treated that way.
I go to restaurants very often, and I’ve noticed this problem is becoming more common: wrong orders and poor customer service. In my own job, I work with clients, and I know if I treated them this way my company would not tolerate it. Customer service should be professional and respectful, no excuses.
Management really needs to address this, because no customer deserves to be treated this way.

Food wasn’t bad. But it was all thrown together. They put the Mexican pizza at the bottom and stacked bean burritos and tacos on top of it. It crushed the top of its box to push into the food and made it a mess. This was the only time they didn’t leave something out. The two times before that was missing food and wrong drinks. We got a delivery orders. The taste of the food is wonderful tho. I’m not sure they use the same spices as the others but this place does something better.

I have had some bad luck with Taco Bell in the past. Even though the restaurants are not owned by the same people, I stopped eating there. I decided to give it a shot. I went through the drive thru at this particular place. I ordered the chicken quesadilla and taco combo. It came to me quickly and tasted very hot and fresh. It was good enough that I felt obligated to let people know.
