I use the kiosk. It's slow and terrible. No one was at the counter.Meanwhile, someone comes behind me, goes to the counter and orders from the employee who finally magically appeared.They get their food first.Stupid process design allows for cutting.

Fountain drinks were watered down. I tried several different flavors. The fountain in the kitchen works good, just ask them to get what you want.

Tried the new dipping taco with Shredded Beef and that was the most greasy taco I've ever had. Don't waste your time or money on that nasty menu item. YUCK!

Would like to leave a review on their food, but can’t. Internet and signage say they’re open until 3am on Friday & Saturday nights. Arrived before 2, there was a car in front of us who got service…but we sat at the menu for over 10 minutes with no acknowledgement. Pulled to the window and the employees just seemed to vanish nor would they answer the phone. This is usually our go to location, but after last night/this morning, probably won’t be any longer.

Waited in line for over thirty minutes and not one management person said sorry for the wait time food was good but definitely not going back here again I burned more fuel than the cost of the food
Very clean and there was an awesome young lady at the front who made sure I got the help I needed :)

They can’t make a simple taco correctly. Ordered a crispy chicken taco exactly as it is on the menu and got a tortilla with chicken on it. No lettuce, no tomato, no cheese, no avocado ranch. 3rd time in 2 weeks I went to this location and ordered the same thing and they made it different every time and not one time how it is on the menu.
