This place has become a go-to for me ever since my original place changed their boba recipe and since I discovered the golden custard! The custard is sooo good. The employees are always really nice, and all the drinks are very customizable. Tapioca is my fave and it's good here! Huge menu too.

Menu - lots of options to choose from. Price was proportional to the drink size. Liked how I could customize my drink easily following the steps. Only thing is that the menu looks very busy so it can get overwhelming.
Atmosphere - didn’t entirely like the ambiance/lighting due to my personal preference. Cute red panda though! Good amount of seating but it felt more like grab n go. Would recommend for small n short casual outings for 2-3 people.

Walfred and the team at Teapioca were incredibly kind and helpful! They assisted me with a large order of 20 drinks for students and teachers, and their communication was excellent throughout the entire process. I dropped off a list of drinks, and Walfred took the time to double-check each order to make sure everything was correct and available.
At pickup, the team was super attentive, making sure the drinks were secure to prevent spills and even helping carry everything out to my car. The students and teachers absolutely loved their drinks! Thank you again for such wonderful service.

Such a cute place that seems kind of hidden if not for Google maps search! I found this place when we were staying in Coppell this summer. We have since moved, but I am willing to drive 40 mins here when the kids are craving boba tea. This place is one of the best in the DFW area. My kids always get the watermelon slushy and mango smoothies. I have tried a few different flavors, but my favorite is the light Vietnamese iced coffee with boba pearls. Service is always good and the place is clean. We love the game tables and props for photos.

First time buying here and the person who attended was super friendly. The guy was super helpful and answered my questions when I didn't know what drink to have. Super recommended. At the end he told me if I liked my drink and obviously I loved it.

Girl with pink hair is ridiculous! I asked for a bubble tea with light ice and stated it was against their policy to do light ice and will have to not fill up my cup all the way if she did! I walked out and left without ordering anything. I came yesterday and there was a different person who was very nice. As long as that girl with pink hair is there, I will not come back.

The staff was really good about a mistake in their system where they didn't have a large size coffee but had charged for a large. So now we ended up with 2 cups of coffee hehehe. Really nice staff and boba here is always good!
