First and foremost, I would like to shoutout Johnson for making it a great experience. This place is amazing. My wife and I bought 6 different drinks for our family and every single one of us loved it. This is our new go to! Thank you Teapioca Lounge and Mr. Johnson from the Dallas (The Colony), Texas location.

Not the best bobba around. I have come here a couple of times and have left disappointed. It’s just not good like other places around. One more thing the quantity and quality of the bobba does not match the price (overly expensive for no reason) I suggest going to Carrollton. Most bobba places over there are so delicious!!

I've been going here for a little over a year now, my first time here was at the end of January 2023, the customer service has always been amazing, the staff is happy and helpful. The boba sometimes takes a while to make, but the things in the actual shop make that wait seem like seconds as it's gorgeous and a cozy feeling.

Black cream blastea tasted like 25% sweet compared to other boba shops, and boba was chewy but didn’t have honey. This would be good for those looking to cut back on sugar.

they have reopened with new management:) I am happy because this is the only place that has baby boba and taro pudding <3 before service and quality was weird sometimes. Today by drink tasted great! Thanks teapioca. And new decorations inside :)

Amazing service!! I have a severe stutter that makes it hard for me to get my words out quickly. An employee by the name of Sierra was so patient with me and helped a great deal. I did not feel rushed or judged whatsoever. The drinks were also amazing! Very clean and friendly environment, will return!!

I went in at around 8:30 pm and I understand it’s a little late but there was no one to greet us. The store was empty. It was a little eerie and disappointing.

Teapioca is one of my favorite boba chains. When in the Metroplex I try to stop at this store at least once. I tend to get the same thing - pure matcha tea, unsweet, with cubed ice, aloe, and basil seeds. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well kept. Great experience every time.Parking: Free retail center parking with plenty of space.

Ordered Thai tea with boba since they don’t have burnt brown sugar boba tea.I asked for 25% sugar level but tastes like no sugar added.

Good spot. Great flavors. Pricey for the size. I tried the coconut chai- nice. I added - bit of sugar but I could have pumped it up a bit. It did take a minute for preparations, maybe 7-10 minutes. Friendly staff and clean.

I visited this establishment for some Boba. This is like the DYI creating your recipe. Basically, if it's messed up, you're to blame (similar to genghis grill)You have to choose 5 steps and options. There is no basic list of teas and boba to choose from.It took a long time to order, for the cashier to translate our needs to reality. Reality bites.I also ordered macaroons. Save your money. I took a big bite and it was hard as a rock because they brought it straight out of the freezer. The owner did try to step in and help the cashier and offered to remake our drinks. All in all, the flavor wasn't good.
