AVOID! Almost ruined my Thanksgiving due to not shipping on time--and I ordered TEN DAYS in advance. Luckily, I ordered a backup from another vendor. NO RESPONSE from "customer service" after several tries. Charged me for items not received. Might be okay if you live near them and pick up, but a BIG NO on food delivery.

I wanted a Fried Turkey for Thanksgiving and they came in the clutch. I didn't want to reheat in oven in fear of dryness, but I had no choice and I was more than happy with the results. I picked up the Turkey from the location had a line but I was in and out in 5-10 minutes.

Make sure you read the website thoroughly, I almost missed picking up my order because it let me place it for Thanksgiving day, despite the fact they were closed that day. Dropped in the day before. The staff were kind and helpful, they even had someone take the package out to my car.I had the fried turkey dinner, my family really liked it! The sides were awesome and the dessert was so good.

Haven't cooked my Cajun turkey yet. I opted for pick-up since I live in the DFW area. The store is a little difficult to find, but the staff was very friendly and helpful! They were quite busy too. The store is dimly lit and the packaging is very generic with small type print. I bought a few other things.. we'll see?

I paid for two day shipping. Received order a day late. Spicy Cajun Turkey was good. Very spicy.Otherwise they messed up my order. 4 sides missing.I had to find an open grocery store. Buy all the missing ingredients. Rush and cook. With no sink and no countertops.They were closed the holiday. I called today. They refunded me for the lobster mac n cheese, dirty rice, crawfish pie, and greens they didn’t send.

OMG these turkeys are the best ever. My favorite is the spicy but the lightly seasoned is great too! I got my turkey on time and it’s so easy to prepare, just pop it in the oven and it’s ready to eat in one hour!

I ordered a Cajun fried turkey from them at the Saint Michaels Farmers Market in October and was assured they would ship it to me Nov. 21. I still haven’t received it. That Monday I sent an email to confirm with no response. Then I called twice and received a voice mailbox is full. Guess a lot more people had issues too. I would like a refund since yesterday I had to scramble to find another turkey. This is no bad reflection of the Saint Michaels market. They are a very respectable market. The Cajun Turkey Co. should be ashamed they overpromised with no communication to make it right.
