Made my daughter’s birthday Tuxedo chocolate cake very dry . I showed cake to them after cutting it and they were too proud to admit. I have had tastier cakes from COSTCO!! Vey disappointed as prisoner $150 for a small cake. Staff not friendly. Never recommending or going back. Poor decorating done for price we paid also.

Not only looks amazing, but everyone loved the birthday cake. I had my daughter’s first birthday with the Alice in Wonderland theme and the team knocked it out of the park. Best experience working with them and so impressed how it turned out. Would recommend The London Baker to everyone!!

Randomly came across this place and have been here twice already the past week. First, the staff here is amazing. They’re all so sweet and even prepared one extra cookie when they found out the one I wanted to try had been sold out. The bourbon pecan cookie and the brownies are my current favs. They have the right gooey texture with that slight crisp on the outside. Great place for me to come sit, relax, work, and enjoy some sweets.
Hubby and I drove 25 minutes to try this place for the first time this morning. We ordered two iced drinks, food and cupcake. They brought me out a hot drink and I mentioned it was supposed to be iced (I even double checked receipt and both said iced). She wasn’t happy about having to remake it and I watched her go to the back and dump my hot drink into a big cup of ice annoyingly. Of course it tasted like melted water and I was sucking up hot coffee through a straw so we asked if they could remake it. The manager was very nice and apologetic and even gave us a free cupcake- the problem was they didn’t communicate between the barista and himself and he actually remade the incorrect drink- I didn’t want to say anything because I felt bad but the drink I got had a strong cinnamon taste and I ended up tossing it out. We ordered three breakfast sandwiches two with no sauce because our kids like it plain and one without cheese because of a cheese allergy. They ended up putting sauce on everything and on the side, we had to drive back and asked if they could remake them without the sauce. Several people apologized and they remade the order but when we finally got home both the remade orders had more sauce on them then the first ones and they added cheese to everything so it was even worse then the first two! I’m so disappointed and left a little speechless with the lack of communication between everyone working there. I wanted to love it and was so excited to try it out, the manager was so nice and I know he wanted to do right and I appreciate that but at the end of the day we ended up tossing a drink and remade food that didn’t get eaten so hopefully the staff can get it together and do better for the next customers because we definitely won’t be back.

Tried this place out after seeing the owner on “Is it Cake?” And it did not disappoint! The scone and croissant was delicious and packed full of flavor! We also enjoyed the ham and cheese rosette. The latte was just a bit too sweet for my preference, but my husband loved it! The staff was very kind and attentive. We will def be back!

The decor and vibe are amazing. I enjoyed the place itself. However, I didn't like their drinks that much. I got a chai latte and it wasn't that good. Also, my mom and sis got lattes that they didn't like.
Cute place, but I expected the baked goods to be in line with the theme of British and tea, which they were not. I expected to see petit fours, small dainty cookies, sweet breads, something filled with cream or jam, a Victoria sponge, or small scones, none of which were there. The cookies were very very thick and large and no fun to eat while drinking tea. Also, the lemon cupcake I had was dense, filled with artificial lemon flavoring, and iced with more artificial flavoring. Real lemon is not hard to come by, so not sure why it is not being used. Do not need to return. Very disappointed.
