Amazing service and my wrap and smoothie hit the spot after my workout. Eating clean is hard as it is especially always being on the road. The staff adhered to some dietary restrictions I have and made my experience here worth coming back 3 days in a row.I’ll be back on Wednesday for a bowl and a wrap to go!

Great healthy alternatives.when needing a balance of protein and flavors without all artificial sugars.Extremely satisfied with this location,The store was clean and staff are always phenomenal! I went with Detox island green smoothie and it was so good.The customer service in this place is spectacular, I have never waited on unreasonable amount of time.I will definitely be back!

I was very pleased with my drink and service. I ordered the mango monsoon and I substituted the coconut for strawberries. I wasn't too happy that it was a 50 cent up charge but the drink was really good. It was thick and sweet.The location wasn't too busy and our order was finished quickly. The location was clean and the bathroom was well stocked. I would definitely come back.
If they were actually open at 7 I could give another star. Sat there waiting for a few minutes and the place remained dark. No cars around but me.

I don’t mind spending good money on good product but it’s the service that needs work. It’s frustrating getting my food first and then waiting until the cashier is done taking all the orders to make my smoothie. By the time I get my smoothie I’m done eating. The owner shouldn’t be worried about labor cost at least in the first year to try and build a better customer base. Love the product just not the service

I went into this location because I saw good reviews but I had a bad experience as they got my order wrong and the server doesn’t know their menu right! I asked for a lean machine and they gave me a pomegranate plunge which is way different and also I asked what’s in lean machine and reply was “you know to burn fat” ??♂️. This ruined my experience and opinion about all Tropical smootie locations as on top of this experience the smootie tasted so stale because of the banana they used! Not worth the money

My daughter recommended this cafe. We went in on a weekday and walked right in. There was no wait in line. We looked through the menu for a couple of minutes and decided to order the Santa Fe chicken quesadillas and the Bahama Mama smoothie along with the Kiwi quencher smoothie. The food and drinks were ready in about 5 minutes. We enjoyed both the quesadillas and smoothies. The smoothies were refreshing and the quesadillas were filling. We look forward to our next visit.

We come here often and love TSC. But! My husband and I both got food poisoning yesterday after eating the new mango bacon Brie sandwich. We also shared the mango monsoon so it may have been that, but very unpleasant and painful experience. So disappointed, and still feeling ick today.
