Ordered through app for curbside pickup. I waited in my car over 15 minutes and finally went inside, my food had just been sitting on the couter the whole time, they did not bring it out. I asked them to replace the fries since it had been sitting there so long, but the burgers weren't fresh by the time I got home.

Employees are great, however franchise does not seem to care about that, as the line to wait for food is far to long. If I hadn’t ordered through the app were it already took my money I would have left. They need to hire more people and need to not skimp on staff as obviously this is causing the waiting problems. Appreciate the staff, but corporate needs to do better

Tried their delivery service for breakfast. Hour and half after ordering. Still stuck on accepted screen. Says using grubhub (ordered through actual Whataburger app). Doesn’t show anyone’s picked up food or that they’ve even made it. I call the store to some very rude employees blowing me off saying oh we made that and the doordash drivers already taken it. Well how did DoorDash take it if app says it’s going through grubhub? “Oh I meant grubhub”. Hrm. Ok well what do you suggest I do? “I don’t know, we made it and it’s gone.”
Then why does your app say otherwise?.. needless to say I canceled the order and sent the pictures and frustrations to corporate. This specific store has gone downhill drastically.
