Visited the store in Las Colinas (irving ,TX) and purchased the 2lb bag of cubed chuck stew meat, very impressed with the quality of the meat, trimmed away small amount of fat and grizzly areas. Very tender meat and will be buying again. The birria packaged meat had way too much grissel and fat, threw at least half of it away. Would not recommend, perhaps that is the reason it was on sale 50% off because it was nearing the end of its shelf life. You U purchase once U would not buy again, too much waste.

This store is such a gem. The meats are delicious. I loved every item i purchased there; seafood stuffed salmon, the crabcakes and empanadas were amazing.

Wildfork was recommended to me recently and I visited for the first time over the weekend. I had a great experience and will be back, and have already recommended it to a few friends!
The store was well kept, employees (Rose and David) were really friendly, and the prices of everything I looked at were reasonable and a lot that I found had a better deal than you may find at a grocery store like Kroger or Tom Thumb. They had organic ground beef for less than what Kroger was selling a similar product for, for example.
David was especially great! He was attentive and to prevent me from waiting in line too long, he opened up another register to help me checkout. He was super friendly, maintained an upbeat attitude the entire time, and helped me sign up for their rewards program. He overall had great customer service and was always smiling I noticed, even with other customers.
The prices and options available here are great, but the customer service is greater to me.

This is my go to place for any frozen meat and frozen seafood. Their selection is top notch and their quality is fantastic. Would definitely recommend checking this place out if you're considering it.

Store was clean and well stocked. We were greated by a professional and friendly associate David. Told him we wanted to join the Wild Fork Family, and our first time in a store.
Although traffic was very light, he took the time to show us around and give opinon on various products we saw and heard about.
Filled a cart to the tune of about $120.00. Made a purchase of a pack of Ribeyes to try out the meat on a dinner grilled this weekend.
Clean store. Well stocked. Product displayed with care and eye appeal. And of course, David was helpful and made us feel welcome.
Will see how the actual product is once prepared. But so far, so good!!!
I've been coming here for a couple of years. Was hooked after the first time in due to how quiet and calm the atmosphere is, without all the chaos normally associated with grocery stores. Their wide and exotic variety of meat is outstanding and unbeatable. I make it a goal to try something new every time I go there, and I still have over half their store to explore in my kitchen. I am in love with their bone marrow and duck, but their seafood selection is delicious as well. If I go into specifics regarding my favorite meats here, then this review will become ridiculously long. If you want to try something new and stimulating, or impress a special someone by cooking something relatively exotic for them at home, then this is where you need to go. Remember, eating should never feel like a task or chore, but a precious experience of life. Make it enjoyable.

I'm continually impressed by the diversity and quality of the food you can get at Wild Fork! The first time I went, I thought I was going to a specialty butcher shop and was disappointed to find that everything was already cut and frozen, but because I was already there, I looked around anyway. I found a few hard to find meats at REALLY reasonable prices, so I decided to take a chance, and I'm so glad I did! The quality was outstanding! And I was pleasantly surprised to find frozen vegetables that, when prepared, taste totally fresh! Bottom line- check it out!
