Visited the store in Las Colinas (irving ,TX) and purchased the 2lb bag of cubed chuck stew meat, very impressed with the quality of the meat, trimmed away small amount of fat and grizzly areas. Very tender meat and will be buying again. The birria packaged meat had way too much grissel and fat, threw at least half of it away. This is my go to place for any frozen meat and frozen seafood. Their selection is top notch and their quality is fantastic. Would definitely recommend checking this place out if you're considering it.
