I asked for extra saucy because I knew they would be kind of dry ( I was right and still didn’t get the extra wet ) - the wings were ok , would be a lot better if they had more sauce on them. And they were kind of tough on some parts of the wing. The French fries were good but dry. You can get “ flavor “ fries but that’s an extra $1 , then if you want a special sauce or cheese that’s an extra charge as well. So a little over priced but the meal deals are reasonable !

Worst experience ever ordering a head. Call in order 30 min prior to pick up and 30 min after pick-up time, I'm still waiting!! This was very unprofessional and sad! Seems to be understaffed 1 man cooking and preparing all the orders on a wing special day....?? Never again!!!????

I am disappointed that I placed and order online.. (which by the way has been my 4th time) and I sent my older brother to pick up the $13.64 order and they refused to give him my order without showing my debit card and ID even after providing my name. The crazy thing is I HAVE NEVER BEEN ASKED TO SHOW MY CARD or ID when picking up an online order. To add insult to injury, nowhere on the online receipt order does it say, bring card and ID either. He had to get in the car and drive all the way back home, get my ID and card and drive back to store. I understand if you are trying to protect yourself as a business but please be sure to update your website stating such ,so you don’t inconvenience your customers!!!!! What if someone was picking up an order for someone and they weren’t close by???? Furthermore , when my brother arrived with my CashApp card, which I use to order food online to avoid encountering fraudulent activity with my primary banking account and credit cards, you told him that you all don’t accept CashApp.. My God..I bet you have absolutely no idea how many of your customers pay with a CashApp card! We’ve only ever ordered online but the food is fantastic. The Buffalo lemon pepper sauce is incredible!!!

Terrible food order management.I typically order at least 30 minutes in advance and my orders are still not ready half the time.Even during non-peak hours.This last time I received my order confirmation email at 1:56pm and my order wasn't ready until 2:59pm.

I guess If you order food to go but you don't leave a tip, they leave your food in a way you can't eat. I ordered some lemon pepper wings and fries, and I couldn't eat it. It was as sour as a lime. I swear they poured at least 2 limes in this thing. I had to throw it in the garbage, nobody was able to stand a bite at home.

I’ve only ordered to go and when I pick up my food is always ready. I get traditional wings with the AF sauce. The sauce is thick and spicy and sooooo good. Prefer Wingsnob af sauce over wingstop atomic. Also their ranch is good and the corn bread!!

The wings are good. That's about all I can say good about this place. And that's not good.No smiles. Barely a greeting. People seem unhappy to be at work. Is it pay? Management? No matter what it is it needs to be corrected.I'm here now. My for here order was processed as to go, and she just held my order out with a bored, "come and get it" look on her face.When I did, my fork fell and I had to wait til she came back to ask for a fork that HADN'T hit the floor.If you want your store to be takeout only, don't have seats. Only have a walkup window.Your employees will be the death of your otherwise delicious business.Because the truth is, not even 70 cent wings will keep me coming back for this treatment. Or maybe I should just order for pickup and hope my name doesn't get my food violated.Check #20 6/6/23 1:29 PM so you can look it up along with the cameras.

The parmesan fries with the thick ranch they have is amazing. Could eat 2 orders of those and had an 8 piece honey bbq wings. The Wings are great and the BBQ sauce is soooooo good. The only reason I don’t give it a 5 star ⭐️ is because the sweet tea was horrible. Blasphemy in TX ? but it tasted like straight sugar water. No tea taste whatsoever. I just threw that away ?. You must taste your product that you put out before customers consume. But thats my only complaint. Highly recommend hopefully the Tea will be fixed. Checking the next time i go ?

If you're going to come here, try coming on a Tuesday as it's 70 cent wing day. I have ordered pickup a couple times as I live close by and the place is clean and customer service is nice. I do wish they had an online order line as it takes 10 seconds to hand me my food vs people taking 5min to place an order. The sauces are your typical flavors, honestly nothing special but its a personal preference. Fries are average as well. The wings are on the smaller side and aren't very good quality.If you live close by give this place a try as you might like their flavors but for me, there are better wing places.

We where not happy with wait ..we went in a sunday night spent 30.00 on two meals to wait almost 2 hours for our food. I assume they were very short staffed however this should have been explained to us before allowing us to pay and continuously wait.

First two times here and Van and Earnest(very professional men) helped assisted on making sure my order was perfect! They were SLAMMED and they still managed to do their absolute best UNDER SOME PRESSURE. The wings were delicious! :). Definitely coming back again. THANK YOU Van and Earnest ! :)

I had given them a positive review when they first opened but the quality of food and customer service has declined significantly. Wings were cold and under seasoned, fries so greasy I couldn’t consume, and they don’t even give you a bag for your food anymore unless you ask. I will be going back to wingstop,
