This is not for the whole crew but for the young Latina chick that worked the counter today at 8:30 p.m.First, I called over the phone and she hung up in my face. Then, when my food was ready she just had my food sitting there instead of calling me to the counter. You don't mess with a pregnant woman's food! But I decided to leave in peace since it was a nice Lady with glasses that normally works there that handed me my food. She made up for the poor customer service for the other girl. Y'all need to teach these young folks some class!

I’ve been to this location three times with each experience being worse than the one before. Chicken does not taste fresh & I’m inclined to believe they refried it today. Fries undercooked and seasoned with a pinch of hair this time around. Each time I enter to pick up my online order there are several employees standing around, always at least two at the front counter but nobody will acknowledge you until you’ve been standing there for at least 2-5mins. & Youre guaranteed to see staff near the fryer fraternizing.

Every since new management took over this restaurant everything have went downhill this restaurant DO NOT use hand cut fresh HAND CUT FRIES AS ADVERTISED 🤔 they use Frozen Fries out of a bag I seen them pouring frozen fries in basket into grease fries taste store bought and hard NOT hand cut fresh🤔

It's unfortunate this is the closest location to me. This is the 3rd time in 4 months my order was wrong. When you call the store there is an excessive wait time. And the woman hung up in my face when I asked her name and stated I needed to speak with a manager because I didn't receive my full order. I am disputing the charge. How do you charge people for food they don't receive and then hung up in their face after waiting 15 minutes? I won't be going back to this location.

Don't place an order for delivery they use DoorDash non-English speaking non-English reading didn't want to lie and say your food was delivered when it wasn't takes 30 seconds for him to take your money it only 3 days to get it back after this do yourself a favor and just don't ask for delivery

Twice now the Cashier Johana has served us in a very bad way. A terrible attitude. The last thing he did today was store number 32 Lewisville. It was that he put the bill inside the glass of our drink. I told him that's not done and he rudely told me that he had only put it in. He treated us very poorly and still made us look very bad. As if she would pay our bill. How lousy Attention is what they offer in Lewisville with this cashier. I think what bothers her is serving Latinos. She being Latina too. Because he also treated the person badly before me. Wing Stop pay polite attention to their lobbies.

Google showed they would be closing at 11 and when I arrived at 7:45, I was informed that they were closing early at 8 and refused to take my order even though I arrived 15 mins before 8
Ordered my food it was over salted, cooked,fries might as well be potato chips the were fried just that hard.

Awful. Just awful. Worst wings I have ever had, enough to where I might never come back. Overcooked to the point of burnt- almost $19 for basically a coke and veggies. Could barely rip the skin with my fingers it was so overcooked. Passed along word and got a coupon for a free fries (with purchase!?!?) the next time I am in. Will likely never go back- way too many other wing options around here for this.
