With out even getting my food I was blown away by the cashier Allison . Every table was clean, floor swept all the TVs on. And the customer service was great!!!
Well the next day totally different experience in a bad way.

I get home. I ordered 30 wings but only get 20 with my order. This is my second time receiving my order wrong. I guess next time I will go to Pluckers, at least I will get what I pay for there.

This is the second time I have ordered the Hawaiian in a eeek and only half of it has sauce. These should not look like this. I am very disappointed that the employees care more about huddling around a phone then making sure there is a quality product going out the door. This is unacceptable.

This Wingstop is the worst Wingstop that I have ever dealt with. I have had numerous issues with the DoorDash. I have had numerous issues with the employees being rude,& having attitude, and I will never in life order from this store again they should shut it down and hire all new employees. This store is terrible. I just had the pleasure of dealing with Saira The cashier Who should not be anywhere near a cash register she doesn’t have The skills of good customer service to know Thathelping the customer Is key. Second of all, the assistant manager doesn’t speak English couldn’t even spell me out his name Which is Soiner make that make sens. My issue resulted back on November 1 where my order was placed and I received someone else’s order. They told me to come back to have my order remade. Well today I decided to come back which is 12 days later where I was told Over the phone that they couldn’t help me because the person that took my order wasn’t At work. So I decided to visit the store And after raising hell to get my order, re-cooked because it was paid for A week prior they finally gave me my order. Only for me to get to the house, bite into my chicken for it to be either old or overcooked and honestly, I feel like they re-dropped it back in the grease. So I had to pay another visit to tell them you know what I just want my money back. Sad part about it is me and my wife has had A issue with This store on multiple occasions they need to get some new staff or somebody in there that knows what they’re doing. And actually cares about the customer. Never again

It’s Friday, so I understand yall are busy.. but, with thy being said - it just shows management isn’t prepared for the rush. For starters called my order in because website, and app weren’t working.. anyways, the worker took my order, told me my total, wait time - and then didn’t say anything lol … I just heard her talking to an employee about another employee who went MIA..
Not only did I get old chicken, it was like yall re-fried my chicken and put the grease in the paper with it. My hot honey chicken didn’t even taste like that, and the Parmesan cheese wasn’t even coated on my wings.. it was laying in the box with grease.. I purchased a meal that was supposed to be for 2, and barely got fries for 1 person … overall food was trash, customer service was trash.

The food was solid overall. I tried three spicy boneless wings for the first time-two were excellent, and one I probably wouldn't order again. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. The Crispy Chicken Breast was definitely the highlight! First time at this branch, and I really liked it.

At wing stop, I got there at 1827. My order was a pickup at 1830. When I got there, they didn’t know where my order was, but I told them it was fine because I was a little early. So I stand and wait…. AND WATCH A WOMAN BRING MY ORDER BACK because she opened it and realized she had the wrong order.
They put it back on the shelf without checking it 👀. A few minutes later, they hand it to me. I thank them and leave. When I got to my car, I checked the bag and noticed I ordered fries and a drink that I didn’t get. I have no clue if they forgot my fries and drink or the woman took those??? But they gave me new fries and a drink. I was short one wing, hopefully one that the women didn’t eat. But the entire time I was in there, people were bringing back wrong or incomplete orders.

. This was ridiculous I can believe the served me chicken flavored jerky. It was like it was overcooked and old .I was so frustrated I didn't even call and complain completely waste of 40 bucks. You guys gotta do better
