At wing stop, I got there at 1827. My order was a pickup at 1830. When I got there, they didn’t know where my order was, but I told them it was fine because I was a little early. So I stand and wait…. AND WATCH A WOMAN BRING MY ORDER BACK because she opened it and realized she had the wrong order.
They put it back on the shelf without checking it 👀. A few minutes later, they hand it to me. I thank them and leave. When I got to my car, I checked the bag and noticed I ordered fries and a drink that I didn’t get. I have no clue if they forgot my fries and drink or the woman took those??? But they gave me new fries and a drink. I was short one wing, hopefully one that the women didn’t eat. But the entire time I was in there, people were bringing back wrong or incomplete orders.

. This was ridiculous I can believe the served me chicken flavored jerky. It was like it was overcooked and old .I was so frustrated I didn't even call and complain completely waste of 40 bucks. You guys gotta do better

I got a 6 piece combo which consists of traditional wings and fries. I asked for veggies on the side. Cashier said no, it's either/or I can't do that. The menu clearly lists veggies as a side.. Pointed that out and she added it. The carrots were sweet and seemed fresh. We won't talk about the celery. The fries were hot and tasty. The wings... They almost caused a crash out. I threw half away. The chicken was white under the sauce. It was shining brightly thru. The 1st I chose was decent. The skin on the remaining was rubbery. I won't eat at any Wingstop anywhere ever again. Gross

Ordered 6 pieces tenders and got half not even tossed or angry tossed up at least. Went back for the missing half I got hit with the i don’t know English which is crazy i picked it up them knowing English . Went back got them back worse and the attitude that i messed up my own order .@wingstop lost the appetite on some pre prep tenders all they gotta do is fry and give us average not even close . My microwave heat up tyson chicken tenders better . Trainees or not getting frustrated on a simple mistake and getting hit with i don’t know English It wasn’t even packed “ luckily the chicken pre cooked
This has been the closets location to me the last 5 years. Literally walking distance from my apartment. This place use to be REALLY GOOD. Two young twin ladies use to work the front counter. They STAYED on top of things. NOW, this place is awful. The food quality has severely gone down. Chicken is always severely undercooked. To the point, we have to put it back in the oven once we get it home. Why have the option for EXTRA CRISPY if you don't check to make sure they are extra crispy? It's clear this place is overwhelmed by going inside of it to pick up food. But, MANAGEMENT, should really think about changing things up. I now go to the location in Flower Mound. It's an extra 15 min drive but I'll do it to get what I pay for.

Placed an order for pick up and this is what we received 🤦🏻♀️ we basically got chicken nuggets with a dash of sauce. When we arrived the store was not very busy at all so I was surprised that this is what we received based on my experience in store. We ended up having to order food from another local restaurant because the food we did taste was super salty and not appetizing. I’ve called the store twice to talk to a manager and both times we did not receive an answer.
