Got sick ! If I could give this Pizza Hut zero stars I would. First off this place is a joke run by immature unprofessional people. No place to sit inside and eat just a couple of chairs to wait inside. Uncomfortable atmosphere inside restaurant. People behind the wall making orders calling each other names that I cannot post on here. They were horsing around not worried about the business No customer friendly people to greet you and hand off your order to you or take your money Ordered 2 large supreme pizzas to go online. Went by to get them at the time it gave us. Had to sit and wait up there another 20 minutes because they lied when we arrived and kept saying ready soon when in fact they never even started the pizzas. The pizzas tasted awful!! The pizza tasted like raw dough on top under the toppings with a lot of sauce. It was a mess we even tried heating them up in the oven to get it crispy nothing would work. Just nasty pizza. We will never order food there again. Do not go to this place it was bad. I ended up sick to my stomach for a couple of days. This was like a few weeks ago. Did the online survey hoping to get some money back or just a sorry your food was bad and you wasted money and time going to our restaurant. Just got a email back saying nothing about the sorry service or food.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. I order online but never received my food. Told I had no apt number on ticket. I went back and checked there was an apt # on order. Very rude to me when I called. Very upset over this. Then they said I won't get my money back until Monday. I definitely will check bank Monday. They didn't even try to make it right. This is worse service ever. No apology. This has not first time I had problems at this one. I ordered pizza frequently. Not a good place to order from.

I have ordered pizzas online from the store at 1301 Justin Rd. (FM 407) in Lewisville, TX for many years with no complaints. However, when I attempted to place a saved reorder, the website was not working. I tried using three browsers with no luck, so I ordered them by phone for pickup. When I arrived at the store 15 minutes later, I was told my order was not received, and I should go to the other store on the same road but several miles away in Lantana. When I arrived at that store after another 20 minutes, I was told my order was not received there either, and I should go to the other store in Lewisville where I had just been. By that time, it was too late to reorder, so I had to drive through rush hour traffic to return home with no pizzas. I'm very disappointed with Pizza Hut and will order future pizzas from Dominos.

ABSOLUTE WORST PIZZA HUT IN THE ENTIRE UNITED STATES! I've live in California Florida Georgia and now Texas and when I say this store location has the worst service the worst cooks and the worst management I mean it from the bottom of my heart. These folks cannot properly make a pizza to save their lives. Nvm the fact that you might not even receive your order because they use DoorDash for delivery now instead of Pizza Hut drivers. And don't think you gonna call in for any assistance because they don't believe in answering the phone apparently. Like listen I'm sorry I'm advance if you order from them because it's basically guaranteed that you'll be receiving HORRIBLE service and bad pizza.

They sorry and I'm never going back again. They couldn't even follow up after this complaint either. Ots cool though. I cldnt use the 25% off code that's offered online for starters. Then, I clsnt order a medium pizza. The rep that answd the phone at the Lewisville location confirmed he knew the discount was online was not allowing ppl to use it and apologized. Then I order a "specialty pizza and I got a cheese pizza. I ordered a meat lover's. My online order email only said specialty not cheese or meat lover's. This was close to closing so I get that part but the guy said he wld give 5 bucks off my next pizza. He shld have offered to remake the pizza at another date. Macros pizza did this for me and I tried to go to them but they were closed. Looks like I need to make sure I order from marcos pizza only. Yall take care, I'm not going to pizza hut ever again.

Omg! 90 minutes and the pizza dough was raw! Nicholas, the manager, had no remedy except to remake the pizzas and to wait an additional 45 minutes or to get a credit to my account! Really, not a profit business growth mindset. I will never order from this location again! Nicholas actually hung up on me because I told him I was contacting Pizza Hut complaint site! Worse management ever! Nicholas will never have a successful Pizza Hut because he has no accountability to quality!!

Worst Pizza Hut ever, I ordered a Detroit style deep dish and when it arrived it was a Pan. I called them to inform them that I received the wrong order and they blamed it on the call center that takes the orders. They wanted to send out another Pizza but it would be another Hour before I would get it and my kids were hungry and already waiting smh...this place sucks

Really close to my apartment so we order from there often if it's not one thing it's another forgetting items just about every order being if i pick it up or we get delivery something is missing or incorrect! Don't waste your money or time with this circus!
I have ordered from this place around 3 or 4 times now and will NOT be ordering again. The first couple of times were fine, standard pizza but the last two times they have screwed up my order. I ordered a large 3 topping thin crust and a large stuffed meat lovers with extra cheese. They gave me my 3 topping pizza but I was disappointed to see that they gave me a regular stuffed cheese pizza instead of the meat lover I ordered. I called about maybe getting a replacement and one of the workers told me that's what I ordered so that's what I got. Disappointed, will not be ordering from this location again.

I placed a mobile order before 10 PM and was told that it would be here in about an hour. One hour passed, nothing. Another hour and a half passed, nothing. Almost 2 hours past when i ordered and still not a single notification from Pizza Hut and they canceled my order without notifying me as well. No pizza ever showed up and card was charged twice. Unbelievable.
