place was dirty, there was stains all over the curtains and tables, the woman taking our order didn’t greet us and I found a ROACH in my boba, didn’t see it until half the ice melted and drank half of the large boba I got? I got a chocolate milk tea boba with coffee jellies, not coming back.

The only drawback would be that there’s not enough different typings like crushed Reese’s PB cups, snickers etc.. Otherwise, the yogurt I’d more smooth than other yogurt places I’ve been to.

Shop was great great assortment looked clean unfortunately the employee kept scratching at scabs or something which isn’t very sanitary in a food environment I walked out after seeing that so be careful y’all

Only place we go for out Fro-yo fix! Great toppings. The customer service isn’t great, but you can serve yourself and get the toppings you want. The employees are a little standoffish, not really rude, but act as they really don’t care about being there. If it wasn’t for the customer service I’d give them a 5 star.

Ive known this place for a bit while now and I've gotten used to it driving all the way here for that popping boba which is soo good I will always come to this and only place coz of how I think this is the only place with the good bobba type of taste. Everything about the place is great.

Providing constructive feedback-Bit disappointed several of the flavors machines weren’t working.-toppings selection was subpar and didn’t look neat or presentable.Positives-Friendly staff/ cashier, good customer service.- scale seems really accurate and good on price, it’ll still set you back close to $10 bucks.

PROs: Can't go wrong with self serve frozen yogurt. Nice person checking us out (she wasn't up front when we arrived) but she greeted out to us. She was making smoothies for another customer. Plenty of toppings to choose from. Indoor & outdoor seatings. Plenty of parking spaces front & around the establishment.CONs: Yogurt station lacked nutritional info such as 'gluten-free'. Outdoor seating was not inviting and had some debris left behind.
