Crappie dried out chicken reminded me of thin, dried out grass. Oh, and don't complain. They work harder at making excuses than resolving the issue and apologizing.I don't think they understand the concept of saving pennies cost you dollars.

This was the worst Chinese food we've ever had. The so called fried rice is brown rice only with no flavor, nothing fried about it. The chicken dish was leftover grisly parts of chicken drenched in so much sauce it choked us. The beef dish only had onions in it and mostly onions not beef. Threw most out!And at $55, what a waste of money.

Sadly, it's not what I'd hoped based on reviews I saw. The young lady at the front was sweet. That's really the only positive I have. Wasn't busy at all - and for a Saturday, given its location, it should be hopping. I have a feeling Castle Hill residents are just as bummed. Texas needs a good Chinese food place!

Went during lunch at 230 to get lunch special and they charged me for dinner entree I told guy it's lunch special he says oh I charge you for dinner why it's only 230 lunch over at 330 be careful they think they slick you the customer make sure you pay lunch special price not what he wants to charge

Went for lunch special and they charged me for dinner like I didn't ask for a dinner portion and I went between lunch at 230 why give me a dinner portion charge me more when you are running lunch specials not cool to upcharge not tell customers you charge what you want ........ Not cool to upcharge your customers not tell them I ask for lunch special and said oh I charge you for dinner at 230 in the afternoon lunch ends at 330 wtfck be careful make sure you ask for lunch special ........ I feel scammed on over charge me they didn't they I catch why two entrees were over 30 when lunch cost 7.49..........

When to pick up lunch special that is normally under $8 as the guy why so much money today he goes or I charge you for dinner plate and it wasn't even 2:30 yet so be aware when you're ordering get lunch special at the lunch price check your receipt to make sure you have been charged the lunch special and they don't charge you for

This restaurant was great and good customer service especially I've asked the menu to order something for my family, the guy who is helped me to find out excellent tasty food, orange chicken, Hunan shrimp and spicy crispy chicken, and combo Fried rice, was soo tasty, I would definitely recommend this restaurant who are looking for authentic Chinese food.

We ordered the Spicy Crispy Chicken, the Sesame Chicken, the Chicken Lo Mein, and the egg rolls. The only thing edible was the Lo Mein, which was actually pretty good. The chicken on the other two dishes was so dry, none of us could chew it. The fried rice tasted old and was super oily. The egg rolls were chewy and tasted like old grease.

They arent whole wings, they're cut into sections. One wing was the size of my palm. I was highly disgusted. Do NOT eat here, or you might get sick. Not much to say about the customer service, but the food was negative 0 Stars. The price of the food DOES NOT match the quality

Sounded good, until they where 90 minutes late with delivery. Called and was told 15 minutes because they where busy. Just cancelled the order, save yourself and go somewhere else!

Tried this place for the first time. Food was good and it’s conveniently located close to our home. We got the hot and sour soup and pepper steak. Soup was good but pepper steak had a ton of onions and green peppers and not so much beef. But overall, it’s worth trying

not very good quality. dry chicken and kung pao chicken had overcooked squash. not sure squash should even be in the dish. crab rangoon was good.

Food was nasty. Ordered honey chicken and that is exactly what it was honey on rubber chicken the fried rice was just brown rice. Very disappointed with this restaurant.
