The best Jjambbong restaurant in Dallas.
The fire taste is amazing!
Usually, when I order jjambbong, the noodles don't have any flavor from the soup, so I play it separately, but this time, the noodles retain the soup, so it's very harmonious.

Loved this place so much, the black bean noodles were so yummy. I can't wait to go back and try every other restaurant in this food court.

Food was very tasty and the portion is bigger than what it looks like. Great option if you’re at the mall or market. Recommended!
Parking: Plenty of parking lot since it’s in the market food court

Their black bean noodles (jajangmyun, i got their gan jajang pictured below) are the best in the area and their fried pork with sweet and sour sauce(tangsuyuk) is one of the best I’ve ever had - crispy on outside and tender inside and perfect amount of chewyness! Will definitely be back!
Was good at the beginning but not anymore.
Maybe different management. I don’t recommend this place anymore.

Their jajangmyun is good but the real star is their jjamppong (spicy seafood noodle soup). It’s piled high with variety of seafood and the broth is so flavorful. It is a bit on the salty side but I don’t mind it since I only indulge in it from time to time. The tangsuyuk (fried pork pieces with sweet/sour sauce) is always spot on too. Prices keep going up but it’s worth it as a treat.

Highly recommend the jja jiang - only wish they provided sides. They weren’t as friendly as I would expect for a 5 starred place. They didn’t look busy either, at the time.

The food quality has been consistently declining. It tastes different and worse. The vegetables in the fried rice resemble frozen mixed vegetables—corn, carrots, green beans, and peas. The taste is bland, and the fried rice is mushy. While their sweet and sour pork used to be good, these days it's smelly and gamey. If you must order something from here for some reason, opt for the black bean noodles. That's the only option you won't regret.

I would say this is the best Jjajang myeon place in town. I am picky about the noodle of Jjajang and I absolutely love this place. I recommend order Gan-Jjajang which comes noodle and sauce separate. Which definitely different noodle texture(more elastic) then normal Jjajang. I didn’t tried Jjambong yet but I heard good reputation so I will try again.
