Sonic App isn’t working..So we asked if they would Honor the 1/2 price anyway for drinks….she told us no that they knew the App wasn’t working but to turn our Phones off and on and maybe it would start working…NOPE STILL didn’t work. We came from a Sonic in Lyndale on our way to Shreveport….so we already knew the App was an issue because we tried it there but didn’t ask them to honor it. So whether she gave it to us for 1/2 or the App did why does it matter? If I owned a Sonic I would ABSOLUTELY Honor the 1/2 price if the App was down. RUDE….lost our business altogether. They still could have made money on 2 drinks. Ridiculous…🙄 The drinks are way Over priced anyway!

Amber took my order without a wait. Food came out quickly. Card reader was not working. No problem, Amber ran it inside and came back with a smile in just a minute.

Card readers are defective. It's "against policy" to notify customers of this. I recommend not using a card here. If this is truly sonic policy, I won't be using a card on the kiosks again... Even if it works. I'll have the employees take it inside S run it there.
Mark defective equipment so customers don't try to use it. It could be defective because it's a skimmer.
Apparently, don't use cards at Sonic.

So I ordered groovy fries at $3 now a cheeseburger and a limeade got there and got the smallest order of fries I've ever seen so disappointed in my local Sonic I give them back to the girl and said this is what I get for $3 she came back with the same thing in a bag apologize and told me I put a little more in there like it was a big it was the same damn order of fries unbelievable big joke hahaha well the cherry limeade was good anyway the rest of it went to the dogs the burger had so much mayonnaise on it that it was just disgusting I can't believe this is what Sonic has come to in Liberty City Texas what is wrong with these people please get your act together I want a real Sonic burger a real Sonic order of fries it's too expensive to start with what is wrong with you people stop collaborating listen

Great service for snacks after school with granddaughters.. their choice, cheese sticks, vanilla Dr. Pepper , cheese cake Oreo ice cream.
Asked for a fresh cooked corn dog. Reheated/rewarmed. Terrible taste.
