Ordered 3 wacky packs and a number 2 combo and the only thing that was right was one wacky pack and the number 2, they didn’t ring up on of the kids meals which all of this is fine mistakes happen and the drink for one of the kids meals we did receive was wrong but then after telling her what was wrong and what we were missing and that one of the drinks was wrong she went in to ring up the kids meal and put in the wrong thing and then tried to charge us for another kids drink for the one what needed to be replaced when it should have just been remade not charged. So she comes out to tell us our total and we tell her it’s still not correct and we should not be charged for a drink remake she proceeds to argue about the drink then her coworker karsyn I believe was her name comes out with the meal and told us it’s our fault for not paying close attention to the screen and had a bad attitude with us and wanted to argue with us with what we ordered all we wanted was the missing kids meal and the corrected drink for the other kids meal that we had already got! Instead we got an attitude and argued with from both girls. I can see why there’s so many 1 star reviews.

Not a good experience. Asked the server for an allergy menu and they told me they didn’t have one? Okay that’s fine. I ask which drinks contain gluten and they tell me… NONE OF THEM. I go and find their allergy menu online, and over half the drinks contained gluten. This restaurant does not care about your safety!

There was 1 vehicle in a stall and 1 vehicle at the drive through. Pushed the red button and after approximately 8 mins of no response I realized the drive through vehicle that was already there when I parked had not moved. I could tell this wasn't going to be a fast food experience so I left. We've had several frustrating experiences with this Sonic in the last 12 months or so. We've used this location for years. Hope they can get whatever is going on straightened out.

Had a night time craving for chili cheese tots. They brought them out to me in record time. They were so fast the wind must have cooled the chili and cheese because the chili was cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. It is always a problem at this location. Idk why I even try to give them the benefit of the doubt. Lesson learned. I will not ever go back.
