Fried chicken was okay. Okra, mashed potatoes and corn were awful. Rolls were okay. But the biscuits were hard enough to drive a nail!

Enough is enough, I’m done. First let me say that this review is not just based on 1 visit it’s based on about 10 visits. So over half of those visits we were missing something from the order or it was wrong. Sure the manager is kind enough to make it right but doesn’t help when you realize something is missing and it’s a 15 minute drive back. CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU LEAVE….EVERY TIME!!Then wait for the rude service from the workers when you let someone know that something is missing or wrong. They are the new KFC of Lindale and need to step up their service or follow them out of town.

This is usually a typical fast food place. However this time:
1) the chicken was cold and stale and dry/chewy like jerky. 2) someone had literally eaten half of the mashed potatoes -- there were even fork marks left behind as evidence. Unbelievable. 3) cherry on top = I ordered a biscuit but got a roll. 4) I called to see if they would make it right somehow, but the phone rang and rang - they never answered. Yes it was during business hours.
So, I'll not give them another chance. Too expensive for very poor food and service.
Tea are best... chicken tender is not good. But when I bite it. Tough bite..

Food and employees were fine. However, nothing was available without request except for drink lids, straws, and napkins. Ice, ketchup, salt, pepper, forks, and spoons were all behind the counter and had to be requested. I’ve never been to another chicken restaurant where this was the case and was pretty annoying.
