We were driving through. The food was great. Better than our local franchise. The service was friendly and helpful.
The biscuits were fresh tasting, soft and fluffy. Our local franchise is generally dense. I was raised on fluffy homemade and this is the closest to my Granny's that I have found. It brought back happy memories.
We order a 3 piece. The portion sizes were good and we felt we got our money's worth. Would stop in again when passing through.

Haven't eaten here y. In a long while, miss the one in my area. The one girl taking orders at the drive through has no patience. If the people could hear her they probably would have driven off. The guy taking my order did good, but when I got home the chicken was spicy instead of regular, which is ok if you don't have stomach issues. All in all food was ok. People need better training or new personalities

Staff was super friendly, the food was excellent and the store was clean. Fast food estblishments aren't known for their customer service yet this local team sets the bar very high. I shall return just based on the service and timeliness of my order. Kudos to the owner and his team.

This place sucks got the family food from there and my mom opened her box and there was a piece of chewed up gum stuck on the inside of the box I called and reported it to the district manager and she claimed that action would be taken to find out who did it and they were going to refund the money for it and I never got my money back. Wish I could post this elsewhere so no one would ever go eat there again. Very disappointed in them.

Chicken Express was great I hade the 3piece fish and it's always delicious.
This store has been here for a long time. I still like the food. I may come in whenever I have the craving for chicken. Store is always clean. Service is so so. Young kids nowadays and lack of training. Guy behind the register didn't read back my order, didn't offer a receipt. Have no idea if it was even taken or made right beforehand. They don't greet you anymore, they don't respond to "how's it going". Their only job is to punch in your order. Other than that, still enjoy coming here.

Everyone was doing their part and the store was running smooth during the busy hours. The employee running the drive though was prompt to acknowledge in coming customers, even across the store. She was flowing and multi tasking with a strong attention to detail. Yes Elma, I paid for the spicy chicken. ?
