This chicken place has really gone down hill in the past few months. Chicken tenders are so small. The drive through staff friendly. Don't expect much if you go.

We eat here often and as long as you order "fresh chicken" it is good but the prices have really gotten ridiculous for what you get. $17 for a 7 piece tender meal (went from $11 to $17 in a years time). I would like to give them a better rating but due to continued price increases and the lack of consistency with getting the orders correct I have to rate them 3 star.

I've always been a fan of Chicken Express, even at the crazy prices. But if you use the drive through at the Chicken Express in Lindale, make sure you check your order before driving off. I ordered the monthly special, which comes with chicken of the chef's choice (the chef that day was in a bad mood). I got 5 backs and 2 drumsticks. It would've been nice to get at least one breast. Also, comes with green beans and mashed potatoes. I got the beans and to my surprise, three containers of gravy. I guess I was supposed to make my own mashed potatoes. And, I have multiple versions of the same scenario over several visits but after this visit, I decided to let everyone else know. I will not return to the chicken Express in Lindale ever again.

I always take the drive thru, can't comment on the ambiance, The service is always efficient. 2 things!!! Tuesday special (Great deal, always fresh and tasty) And the FISH!!! A real fish fillet. Not processed or a patty. Delicious. A little costly, but if you want a good fish fillet, you can't go wrong. And of course, they always have a good deal on sweet tea. I'm never disappointed at this place

Great place for fried chicken livers and catfish. The chicken is basic but always cooked to perfection. The staff were friendly and the place was clean.
