Probably the most unprofessional experience I’ve had in 2025. Made an online order, took exactly 12 minutes for someone to get out of the kitchen to help me. Mind you, I was the only person in the store. They saw me through the glass and just continued screaming and playing and eating. The food was as expected but the level of customer service was absolutely awful. I’m all for giving kids jobs but you’ve got to manage them or they will give awful experiences like this because none of them had any level of professionalism whatsoever.

We drove through here on a trip and the service, food, and everything overall amazing. The delivery guy was so nice and kind. The girl who helped us on the phone was super sweet. Amazing customer service and the food is delicious. Highly recommend here. The service was super fast too.

First and last time at Doc’s. Was recommended for their pizza rolls, although I don’t know why! 1st order they forgot I was in my car ( to go order) which they said they would bring them out so they knew I was waiting. Food left in the back and got cold enough for the cheese to harden. Sausage ones had almost no sausage in them. Called and they said they would replace on our next visit. Went back changed from sausage to pepperoni ordered them to go, same exact results. If you want cheese sticks they might be good if you can get them hot but do not expect toppings! When asked they do toppings by weight instead of by what’s needed to fill the dough/crust! Pictures show the dough left over after you take the extra off so you can get a decent crust/topping ratio! Not going back and would not recommend!

I had left my purse here on accident and the staff member Rosemary was very professional about the situation. I appreciate honesty more than anything and this was just the icing on the cake with Doc's pizza. Their food and service has always been amazing. I highly recommend it!

The food was decent, not much flavor in the pizza. But I have to leave a review about the service. Most places do not have great customer service, especially when there is a lot of young people working there. But this pizza spot REALLY HIT THE MARK on the service. I was in yesterday evening with family and I have not had genuine customer service like that in so long. Just because of the service I would come back and try other items to find something I love. Excellent hiring and training on the owners part. Other places in the area should take notes from you! Thanks for the great service!

Ordered a pepperoni and pineapple pizza and garlic cheese bread. Those were great! However, I also ordered the spicy chicken Alfredo and it was not good. The chicken is grey which is not only disappointing but dangerous. Delivery was great.
