Ordered a 14” pizza it was over cooked. Burnt on top and bottom. It should not have been put in the box. I would have been ok to wait a little longer. When I called to complain the operator didn’t say anything (sorry would you like another) it will be a while before I go back to docks
Placed an order, they said 20 minutes, get there, they say "Its in the oven15 more minutes" go back up there, they say a few more minutes, after waiting about 30 more minutes we find out they haven't even started on our food after almost an hour and a half of waiting. I get being backed up on a Saturday night but don't keep say my food is almost ready if it's not.
