I ordered a pizza at 9pm and was insured that my driver Milton was on the way 2 times by Steven he informed that the pizza would be delivered shortly and the pizza I paid $20 for never arrived, I was also promised a refund and my pizza but never got my money back I am absolutely appalled by the service I received tonight NEVER ORDERED FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT unless you are picking your pizza up here it is 12:30 am and I am writing this review because my order was never delivered

I ordered a thin crust veggie pizza and it was burned on the edges to Blackness I also got some stuffed cheesy bread which was pooled up with so much grease on top I had to Pour It Off. The girl at the window was very unfriendly. I don't consider it cheap to get a pizza and some stuffed cheesy bread for 38.00 and then have it be barely edible and have an unfriendly person frowning at me while handing it to me. Super disappointed in the Lindale store, I often get the same order at the Chandler Domino's and it's perfect
Last Couple of times we have gotten Pizza was cooked to long Burnt on the edges and i mean black burnt and crust was super crispy. Not like it used to be.

I ordered a pizza and some chicken my app told me my order arrived but nobody was there so I called the store to figure out what was happening. Get ahold of the store and they start calling the driver while I’m on hold with the store for 20 minutes after some time a manger gets on the phone and asks me if I cussed out my driver (I have not spoken to my driver all I know is her name is Jasmin) I told the manager I did not given I’ve been on the phone with the store the entire time. She finally finds my house and I ask her “did you say I cussed you out?” To which she replied with “yes because you did” I told her I have not spoken to you I have not received a call from you and she rolls her eyes and gives me my order then peels out of my drive way and speeds off. Once I got inside saw the order was wrong so I called back and said what is going on this isn’t even the correct order to which the manager said he would get it reordered but I’m going to have to pay another delivery fee on top of waiting another hour/hour and a half to which I asked why I have to pay a delivery fee for their mess up and the manager told me I just had to and as I’m mid sentence saying this is ridiculous I’m not paying another delivery fee I get hung up on. Nice job dominoes. It’s been a terrible day as is I just wanted my pizza I ORDERED thanks for nothing

No quality control. This is suppose to be a hamburger and onion pizza, over 1/2 had no topping. Other two pizzas were ok, but very low on toppings. What a disappointment from a past delivery driver to see and have to eat.
Used the online ordering, used the coupons since we ordered a LOT of pizzas so we got all the large pizzas @ $7.99 ea. Great deal, and site was easy to use. Plus I could set it up for pick up for the next day and pay ahead. Perfect for what we need when ordering for large groups!

Let me start by saying, I love Domino’s Pizza, just not the one in Lindale. Every time we order from Domino’s in Lindale the order is messed up. If you try to call them, haha good luck with that. They don’t answer phones at this location.
