Took family there for breakfast. The waitress ‘had a knot’ in her panties as she was so very rude. The steak Tips were burned so bad that my daughter could not chew them. My granddaughter had Avocado Toast and she needed a saw to get the avocado bite size, she actually just left it all sitting. My Eggs Benedict had no sauce on them and the eggs were hard poached. My husband had to ask the waitress FOUR times for syrup! When I went to pay I asked to see the manager. I absolutely died laughing when the cook came out and said he was the manager. It was $79.84 funny! He told me not to leave the waitress a tip. I asked what I was to do about the horrible cook? I promise this is all true! NEVER AGAIN

Came in today to grab an omelet and some pancakes to go. I received the smallest omelet. It was supposed to be a 3 egg omelet with ham and cheese. I got a kids portion. When I went in to check and see if I could get it remade, the girl at the counter was very rude. She said it was perfect because her manager made it. So either the other 15+ omelets I've had from IHOP this year were WILDLY larger than they should have been, or something was wrong. This is the second time I've had a problem at this IHOP and neither transaction was correct. I will happily be staying away from this place from now on. Don't pay $20 for a kids omelet.

Food was cold. My husband (is a chef) he asked for over easy eggs and they undercooked them the server said sr you want them medium done, he was rude my husband told him again and yet they brought out super cooked eggs! The server wasn't very friendly, we were a party of 10 and he kept rushing us

Waitress forgot about me...twice. The first time, I'm not sure, but I think the room reminded her as I overheard the conversation. Also, the senior menu is not posted on the overnight menu.
For the first time in my life this IHOP was the worst. The food was over cooked and flies in the restaurant were terrible. My wife soda wound up with 4 flies in her drink before we left.

My elderly parents & I walked into this local IHOP & were turned away & told that we would not be served for at least 2 hours & we should go to Chili's or Posados , because there was a softball team of 50 people & there are only 2 cooks working. If 2 cooks cannot add in 3 people , they should not cooks. We went to the Cotton Patch Restuarant this past week- they had a softball team of close to 80 people - Do you think they TURNED AWAY ANY CUSTOMERS ? ESPECIALLY A HANDICAPPED VETERAN ? I was completely flabbergasted at how unprofessional & extremely rude this young man was. He is definitely NOT a positive influence for this IHOP brand. I will NEVER step foot into that business again, & I will definitely let it be known how IHOP turned away an Elderly Disabled Vietnam Veteran .
