My boyfriend and I decided on this restaurant for a meal. I ordered the Cowboy BBQ burger with onion rings and ranch dipping sauce and sweet tea without ice. My boyfriend ordered 2 different breakfast omelettes meals with iced sweet tea and a water. When our food was brought to us, one of his omelette meals was wrong. I was halfway through my burger, which was delicious, when I noticed it has a little pink on the inside, but no blood. We finished our meals and paid and I told my waitress about the orders being wrong and undercooked, but wasn't trying to cause too much problem. We did get a small discount on our meals. Just make sure you check your burgers before ordering them. Other than that, it was worth the visit.

Hostess was clueless. Seating people out of order. Waitstaff was kind. Kitchen staff seemed nonexistent. Waited an hour and never got our food. We will not be back.

Once again had a ham and cheese omelet ,truly was disgusting with the oriental waitress as she had a very loud mouth. The food had no flavor and is way too expensive
Dawn was a horrible server. We met up with other family members and she didn't walk us to the table instead she told us "ok they're back there". Every time she came to the table she would talk to our family members but not speak to us or ask if we needed anything. I had to call to her from across the dining room to bring us more pancakes because she walked away from us before we had a chance to ask for them. As we were leaving my husband asked for a water to go, she set it on the counter in front of him as she was turning to walk away AGAIN and wouldn't even look up at us. We don't eat there often, but we have family and friends that live close by so we do come in from time to time. Dawn is the worst server we have ever had in ANY restaurant we have been to. She really needs A LOT of training on customer service and how to treat people.

This is the nicest ihop in the area hands down. We have gone to Tyler and Longview and found those ones to fall short compared to the one here in lindale. Service is always really nice and helpful, restrooms and restaurant is clean, food is done exactly as ordered and without having to wait centuries like at the other two restaurants.
