My elderly parents & I walked into this local IHOP & were turned away & told that we would not be served for at least 2 hours & we should go to Chili's or Posados , because there was a softball team of 50 people & there are only 2 cooks working. If 2 cooks cannot add in 3 people , they should not cooks. We went to the Cotton Patch Restuarant this past week- they had a softball team of close to 80 people - Do you think they TURNED AWAY ANY CUSTOMERS ? ESPECIALLY A HANDICAPPED VETERAN ? I was completely flabbergasted at how unprofessional & extremely rude this young man was. He is definitely NOT a positive influence for this IHOP brand. I will NEVER step foot into that business again, & I will definitely let it be known how IHOP turned away an Elderly Disabled Vietnam Veteran .

Had to wait 45 minutes to be seated, when we could see 5 empty tables. Was brought the wrong food, when the waitress was informed she wanted to argue that the dish I got was what I ordered. It wasn't.

we were in visiting from MS and personally this wasn’t the best ihop i’ve been to we waited what felt like forever for our food( they were busy to be expected, but when our food came almost all of it was pretty cold) our waitress was interesting but she was nice just overall felt it could have been better

No good at all. I recommend you avoid this place. I’ve been coming here periodically for years but never had it been like this. Ordered egg well done on the sampler dish came out 😑are you kidding me ? Flattened and looked scrambled but flat. I’d give no stars at all. Called the manager out because we sent back our incomplete order she brought out the order like nothing ever happened 10-15 mins later. Portions were not even 🙄normal a ham was about a inch in diameter.. she said she” hears that a lot but they’re the same as always” Clue lady if people are telling you it’s different it IS. She charged me for a tea that had no ice $4 🙄 I posted a picture of both in photos you will notice it has to be the ugliest one on there. Just note that we also heard all your waitress and manager said in the kitchen about it.

I used door dash to get biscuits and gravy and the effort that went into this was absolutely poor. I got a biscuit cut in half with minimal gravy.

Food was delicious and Tiffany was an AMAZING server. We had two small kids with us and she was exceptionally patient and helpful. 10/10 no question.
5 vehicles in the parking lot and 5 tables seated with a 45 minute wait? Yes it’s 11pm on a Saturday but your open 24hrs today. Not sure why it takes 45 minutes to serve pancakes.

Waitress was attentive to our table along with 6 others. The food was pretty good and didn't take long to make. The atmosphere was nice, but could have used another employee to keep things a bit more cleaned up.

This place is disgusting, I had the most gross thing in my food and when I came back to get my replacement the manager Morgan and Cook Matthew had the worst customer service. I advise anybody to avoid eating here because they feed you anything and try to sweep things under the rug

Slow initial service. Luke warm coffee. Never got butter pecan syrup I requested. Had to request sweetner not on the table. Cold in restaurant.
