Love this place. I go there for their onion rings; big, crisp, and freshly made. Almost too hot to eat when served. Wait a minute and enjoy the best rings around. O yes, the have good burgers and chicken fried steak, too.

We had breakfast here yesterday...it was awful. Syrup was watered way down, bacon didn't even look real much less taste good, scrambled eggs were a pale yellow (almost white) and biscuit was burnt. We left after a few bites. Second time we've tried this place...won't be back. Service was good and friendly.

Stopped by on 04-02-24... Their usually good, creamy Southern Style grits was like eating fine sand!!! This ruined a normally good breakfast. Same cook! Same grits! What changed? Otherwise, everything was Great.

Showed up to try for the first time and the restaurant only had two other guest. Waiting for 15 minutes without even getting acknowledged. The waitress was playing a game with another table. Got up and told the hostess we were still waiting and that we were leaving. She simply said, "ok".

Man the catfish had this Mississippi Boy missing home. It was awesome and the pinto beans were delicious. Definitely need to stop here if you're in Lindale, TX.

Never got coffee refilled or asked if anything else needed. I don't know just because we are not regulars or what?
