Been going to this place for months. Normally pretty good service. But at 4:55 on 3/12/24 the bald cashier would rather bump his gums with a trucker than ring up the items I placed on the counter. Seriously, put the chat on pause and take care of another paying customer. The B.S. session can wait. Finally just left the items and walked off. There are other places that are just as good and value the customer.

To the owner if you are reading - today when I stopped by for gas, I took a XL drink filled it with unsweetened tea but I was so preoccupied with writing notes on my phone I forgot to pay for it. I was already on the highway when my wife acknowledged it. My sincere apologies. If I ever return to the area I shall not forget to pay you back!

One of the nice QT’s. 3 stars instead of 5 because there men’s bathroom doesn’t get much cleaning after all the nasty users (you know who you are) Limited parking ?️ I’ve been here a few days passing through and have seen locals using it as storage for there tractor trailers…

Usually a clean place with good fuel prices. I have been fueling at QT for years and QT has never charged me for refilling my QT mug until today, bought 692.00 in diesel fuel and filled up my pilot/escorts vehicle with gasoline 81.00 and no refill WOW

I love quik trip they have THE BEST FROZEN CAPPUCCINO , energy pills and hot dogs and women’s bathrooms are usually very clean and with tp and paper towels. Quickest place ever for pit stops, every single one of them
The women’s restroom was completely blocked off. Not a stall, the entire restroom.

this QT is nice and big inside and out. Lots to choose from in snacks, drinks, and hot food. Very convenient location at Hwy 20 and Hwy 69 in Lindale, TX.

Great service station. Lots of pumps. Great gas prices. It’s a bigger gas station with lots inside to choose from. Fresh food as well. Quick service with friendly staff. Outdoor seating if you want to sit there and eat or just take a break. All around great place. Thanks!!

Traveling through from Kansas, stopped @ this QT with my children & family. 1st Nichole C. Was spotted not washing hands when returning to work, per family member while standing near employee at the sink, as she was on her phone. Then when we went to check out, we were the only standing up front. Middle register we were @, Nichole C comes from back up to the register, others started trickling in when both her & Dustin R. Started helping others & not acknowledging us standing in line. So I said wow really? Grab our things & went to the her register & she refused to ring us out. Embarrassed this was happening in front of my kids, she began snickering & laughing at us. Anyhow she said Dustin R. Could assist me. So fine we then walk to the left register for Dustin to ring us up, only for him to walk away. I know he heard her say he can help. I place my things down to see where Dustin was going cause like 10+ people have been checked by this point. He comes from back & I ask if he was a manager he said yes. I begin to explain why family & I were treated this way just because we stood at a register that was apparently not working or who’s register it is assigned to is not around. He cut me off mid-convo & didn’t give a care in the world. This shows poor management of QT & Dustin R. to allow travelers to be treated the was myself & children were. Not 1 time did I get out of character simply trying to get assistance & out so I could get back on the road. Sure hope the people in your community are not like this cause it really is sad. Once return to my hope I will be putting in a complaint. Obviously these staff need training. Lastly after getting fuel, my mother needed Tylenol & I have my daughter walk with her back into the store cause she’s disabled. They walked in and could hear Nichole C. and a another staff lady in the kitchen were standing up against the wall surrounding the counter talking loudly & snickering about how she treated us & that we were stupid people & how she was ignoring us and whatever not.
