Went here at 250pm on a Sunday. We were the only ones in the parking lot. Went to the drive thru and were told we would have to wait to order. So we waited. My child was crying so we asked for an ETA. They said we'd have to wait another 5 minutes to order at the drive thru. I understand if a restaurant is busy but no one was there besides us and the employees! Lost our business.

They gave us the wrong order through drive thru, was short a sandwhich, and the other two were wrong. Drove back because they would answer the phone after I called and they hung up once i told them the issue. They remade our sandwiches, but they had so much mustard on them they were unediable and the bread was brick hard it hurt your mouth to bite the sandwich. Menu board was broken everything read $1 hand written sign read ask us for our prices. Total waste of $32 and a ruint lunch. They also gave us two sheets of coupons for our trouble, coupons good at Athens, Canton, and Corsicana but expire 9/30/24 THATS TODAY! This place needs to just close the doors it's not worth the headache of staying open. We are done with this store. After reading recent reviews on Google it's been like this for over half a year.

Paid $23.00 for two strawberry chicken salads. They didn't put any chicken on either of them. Very disappointing. When I called to tell them, no one answered the phone with over an hour before closing.

Our sandwiches were excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful , knowledgeable . Traveling thru . So glad we stopped. We enjoyed the Christian music as well .

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I placed an online order. One of my meals was for a beef bacon smokecheesy. There a no BACON on my sandwich!! It's literally in the name....... To up the ante, I ordered a medium sandwich and the amount of beef had to of been for a small. Because by the time I trimmed all of the bread away to get to the meat, that's what I had, a small BACONLESS sandwich. Manager informed me I had to bring it back to have it remade. Can we say insultb to injury? SIR I'm home, tired and GAS is not free. Can you come pick it up? That's just as reasonable as asking me to return.
I always love the food from here, but this location was out of drinks, and out of fruit, but still charge full price for a combo and ask for a substitute of a Cinnabon...fruit cup, for a Cinnabon...

We stopped here for a quick dinner to go. The food tasted ok, but quality and presentation left a lot to be desired. My husband’s turkey sandwich had like one thin slice of turkey on it. My Chicken Avocado Cobb salad looked like slop thrown in a box. The avocado itself was mashed on top of the salad and all over the lid. The tomatoes were sliced tomatoes like you would put on a sandwich, instead of whole grape tomatoes. No croutons, no breadsticks. Just lettuce, chicken and mashed avocado thrown together in a box. Ugh. I would have rather spent my money elsewhere.

Be sure to check your bag before leaving! They did not put lettuce on my sandwich as I asked, and they forgot to put the chips in my bag that I ordered. I am just passing through on a long road trip so I will not be able to go back and ask for the chips. I am thankful they have a gluten free option however it is just so-so. I am thankful they were accommodating of my husband's dairy intolerance by making a pizza without cheese. The man who took my order was really nice. The floor has a huge puddle on it from the rain with no wet floor sign, so I'm hoping no one slips.
