I called into place a pick up order yesterday late morning 10:55 AM. The man that took the phone call I believe his name was Phillip was very polite very courteous however he had to put me on hold for just over five minutes because someone else that worked with him Commanded his attention over a customer that being myself. They gave us the wrong order through drive thru, was short a sandwhich, and the other two were wrong. Drove back because they would answer the phone after I called and they hung up once i told them the issue. They remade our sandwiches, but they had so much mustard on them they were unediable and the bread was brick hard it hurt your mouth to bite the sandwich. Menu board was broken everything read $1 hand written sign read ask us for our prices. Total waste of $32...
Gentleman working Tuesday night was really friendly. I pulled into the drive thru 2 minutes before closing for a Cinnabon, he didn’t rush me, answered all my questions and was overall really professional. Thank you!
