I loved it here !! I’m a visitor and i had a bit of trouble ordering but the kind young lady was so patient and helpful !! Food was all fresh and hot and it was amazing customer service !!

Placed a mobile order on the app. Waited 20 minutes for food. Parking lot wasn’t full at all. I ordered five ranches on the app. When they delivered it to me, I asked if they had put it on the bag. They said yes and walked off. When I checked the bag, there was only two in there so I went back to the window and let them know that they are missing three from the order when they brought them out to me. They let me know that I’m supposed to pay for those. I ordered off the app and the app charge me appropriately so I don’t know why they would lie about putting the proper amount in the bag and then later tell me I’m supposed to pay Extra when it was their app that I ordered on.

This Sonic is one of two near me, and while I bounce between the two, I usually try to avoid this one unless I have to. The customer service here is actually more consistent and polite compared to the other location, which I do appreciate, but unfortunately, the food and drink quality just isn’t great.
The tea always tastes old, no matter when I go or what I order. The food usually tastes like it’s been cooked in old grease; it’s hard to explain, but nothing ever tastes quite right. On top of that, the wait time is usually long, even for simple drink orders.
If they could improve the freshness and quality of their food and drinks, this location would easily be my go-to because of the better service. Until then, it’s just not my first choice.

So so so disappointed. We went about an hour and a half ago, and we got a few of the smash burgers. I told them only ketchup and cheese TWICE on the one, I have allergies. And I still got everything on it. Spent over $20 for my husband and I. I don't think we will be coming back. I'm sorry but that's not the first time that's happened.

Employees can never hear you on the speaker. They take your order, repeat it back to you and the order still comes out wrong. I shouldn’t have to check my food before I leave the restaurant. It’s not a hard job to read a meal ticket and make the food as ordered. Do better 😡
