So so so disappointed. We went about an hour and a half ago, and we got a few of the smash burgers. I told them only ketchup and cheese TWICE on the one, I have allergies. And I still got everything on it. Spent over $20 for my husband and I. I don't think we will be coming back. I'm sorry but that's not the first time that's happened.

Employees can never hear you on the speaker. They take your order, repeat it back to you and the order still comes out wrong. I shouldn’t have to check my food before I leave the restaurant. It’s not a hard job to read a meal ticket and make the food as ordered. Do better 😡

The guy taking my order was rude. I took my food to go. The young man that brought my food out was professional. His name was Lane. I tipped him 3 bucks. The order was wrong. The fries they gave me were old, hard and greasy. A bunch of tiny pieces. I will never go back.

We went to the Sonic in Lindale Texas they should be ashamed of themselves. The push has been on by Sonic to use the mobile app, so I did. After I ordered it and paid for it in the app, the manager sent the car hop out to tell me they didn't have the Buffalo bites and I could substitute it. We had ordered 3 orders of buffalo bites and replaced them with 3 sandwiches. The manager then came out himself to let me know the food I was replacing it with was too expensive and he gave me options. Not very good options. When I wanted to get a refund he wouldn't refund it because he said it was done in the app. ? The manager was not courteous. In fact, he was quite rude and I don't understand why he couldn't refund my order in the app! I do not recommend Sonic in Lindale Texas.
