I never had problems at this store & would have given in the highest rating before 6/29. I entered the store with an employee screaming & pointing at me yelling that I had parked on the ramp. I moved my car & reentered the store & it was the same screaming & pointing. I was the only customer in the store until I turned around to leave when a man & boy entered. I was not going to report the employee but found out she called her boss to complain about me! I cannot believe Subway would employ someone so disrespectful. The security cameras will show who is telling the truth & who was out of control

Placed an order on the app and I couldn’t log in to say I had parked for curbside. Had to call the store and the lady picks up the phone and says hello in the rudest way. They weren’t busy not one customer inside the store so wasn’t like it was an inconvenience. She tells me they didn’t have my order that I had made a mistake and ordered at the wrong store. So I check my order and go inside to show her and she looks at me with this screw you look and says I just got it. I placed the order over 25 minutes before I went in the store. And then I ordered light dressing and my salad is like a soup. She forgot cutlery and napkins. I’ll drive 6 miles to a different location because this store has the rudest employees ever. If you don’t like your job quit but gives you no right to be rude to customers and screw up their order because you don’t want to be there.

The prep table was a mess! Condiments were intermingled, knives were dirty, ingredients (including the bread) looked old and either wilted or dried out. Staff was not very friendly and were not customer focused.

What I believe was the person in charge that got cranky when I walked in with a list of 8 sandwiches. Said I should have called them in. Nobody in line before me or after me. They got them ready before anyone else came in. Next time I will just bring all 8 guys in.
