I wish I could give zero stars. This is the worst Whataburger I have ever been to. 10:30 at night, there's virtually nobody here....2 cars in the parking lot and a UPS truck. Nobody in the drive thru yet I'm parked waiting on 2 basic medium meals and 2 salads because they've got "multiple orders" in front of mine. WHERE? There's NOBODY here. And $70 for burgers? Absolutely insane. It's cheaper at Carl's Jr and the food is so much better. There's no excuse for the prices, or bad service. After all that I get home to my salad WITHOUT tomatoes because I'm highly allergic to them to find tomatoes in both salads. Just wonderful, if the salads are pre-made and they can't accommodate no tomatoes then they have the responsibility to say something.

Whataburger really fell off, growing up in the 90s thr place used to be great, nice and good service. Now it's just a bunch of kids and people who aren't paid enough to work here,I come here when no one's in the drive thru order a number 1 and wait 15 mins.. how

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a whataburger. The workers were so disrespectful. During my order, the employee proceeds to talk to the kitchen about a previous order while I was actively speaking. Then he turns around and asks me to repeat myself about 3 more times and looks at me like I am speaking a different language. He ended up getting half of my order wrong and I had to correct him myself, even though I had repeated myself MULTIPLE times. Though yes I did come in with a group of people, the disrespect was unnecessary. I understand the stress from a bunch of teenagers ordering one after another, but at least act like you care.

This Whataburger is a great place to eat. It is clean and the staff is friendly. We've all eaten Whataburger before and this one, food wise, is no different. It's good. But what is different is the staff and the cleanliness. Recommend eating here.

The worst service ever my food was cold like it had been sitting for an hour my fries was so hard it chipped my tooth and to top it off our server didnt bring back our change or receipt ( btw we was in drive through 2end line) she also came back out before bringing our food to ask if she gave us our straws but instead of walking 2 feet to the truck she stood by the door yelling across the other car to ask us and she was taking someone else's order when she came to get our money.......WORST SERVICE AND FOOD WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AND WILL BE CALLING MAIN CORPORATE
