Overall it was good. I ordered via the app and picked up at the counter to go. I wish they had a dedicated pickup lane or parking spot near the door. My only gripe is that they really skimped on the parmesan cheese in the garlic butter and parmesan wings. It's also a little crazy that they charge as much as they do for salad dressing to dip your wings in.

This place is hit and miss. The food is consistent but the service and care of the restaurant has room for improvement.

We hadn’t had Wingstop in a long time and decided to give it another try through DoorDash, and unfortunately, it was a big disappointment.
We ordered a 20oz and a 32oz lemonade but received two 20oz drinks instead. Thankfully, the lemonade itself was delicious, both my son and I really enjoyed it, but it was still frustrating not to get the correct sizes.
We also ordered 5 mild wings and 5 hot honey rub wings, but what we got were plain, unseasoned wings with no sauce at all. This was part of a promotion, but just because it was free doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be made correctly. Free or not, customers still deserve quality.
On top of that, we ordered a BBQ chicken sandwich, but whatever sauce they put on it definitely wasn’t BBQ. It was thick, overly spicy, and honestly just gross.
It felt like the order was rushed and thrown together with zero care. Most of the food ended up going to waste, and the overall experience was really disappointing. We won’t be ordering from this location again.

The food is always great here! If you love their ranch, just buy the large for like $3 or $4 instead of the little tiny cups they charge almost $2 for, trust me, you'll never get the small ones again.
Had an order for pick up and had someone else pick it up. Once I got it, none of our chicken was in the bag. There were cold fries and our veggie sticks, along with all of dip. There were five cold wings in the bag that had someone else's name on them. The cheese sauce was very hot so the fries should have been at the very least, warm. The bag was sealed with their sticker, saying complete order was in bag. Turns out, it was missing seven tenders and 20 wings. I called in and they said they could not refund the order but would give us a store credit. All we had to do was call our order in. It sounded too good to be true but took their word. We called in an order tonight and they said there was no credit.

We have been sorely disappointed in the Tyler Wingstops and decided to give Lindale’s a try. Super glad we did! They restored our love for Wingstop’s food. Restaurant was super clean and everything was yummy! Also, thank you to the sweet girls behind the counter for being so patient with our indecisiveness. :)

Terrible experience! Service was not friendly at all. Chicken tenders came out completely covered in dry rub, and drenched with hot sauce. Wings were also drenched in hot sauce and undercooked. Never going to a wingstop again. Also, really disliked the very loud rap music.
Terrible customer service I ordered twice from them , my wings were half cooked & the strips bought today were supposed to be honey hot but they were plain & overcooked 3-10 would not recommend, I called over 10 times kept getting put on hold & they couldn’t reimburse me my money nor my food .
Stopped in for a quick fix and got hit with that familiar Wingstop smell—fried dreams and sauce decisions. Service was solid, wings came out hot, and the garlic Parmesan? That’s where the tale begins…
They say the garlic Parmesan at this Wingstop has a bite—not just from flavor, but from something older. Legend has it a batch was so good, a man ate thirty and started speaking fluent Latin. Another time, a teenager dipped one in ranch and claimed to see the face of Elvis in the grease.
One old regular swears the garlic Parmesan isn’t made here—it appears here. Summoned, not cooked. A buttery, cheesy mystery passed down from the Winged Realms.
Real or not, they’re dangerously good. Just don’t eat the 13th wing. That’s the one that bites back.
Customer service on ZERO very unfriendly
