After three days of eating concessions at a baseball tournament, this was my planned pit stop for nutritional make-up on the way home. The green smoothie with all the extras compensates for empty calories. Win/Win- it tasted amazing too!

Last summer I had the worst experience while visiting their campus. I had been consistently coming in for shakes and coffee to the substation and I never had issues before. I would even go with my kids for a snack. However during summer time I was told by another family that was visiting as well that we should try swim in the lake next time that it was open and they were themselves swimming as well. So I was so happy about knowing we could go swim during the hot months of sum
